    Idk for me even though the different modes are nice, I feel all the modes themselves have gotten considerably worse over time.

    Standard seems ok but not great. I cant tell if i like the new system for acquiring gold yet.

    Arena is a joke compared to what it used to be. So much random nonsense compared to skill.

    BGS i feel have been in a downward spiral ever since the Pirate patch.

    I don't even mess with Duels because its basically a dungeon run and i hated dungeon runs.

    Idk...just doesn't feel as good as it used to for some reason. Seems from the poll its about 50/50 for everyone. Interesting.

    A board of Khadgar, Baron, Eliza and a few of the tier 1 Pirate that summons a 1/1 Pirate that attacks immediately can get out of here now any day. Huge minions in the way too early mid game. It's WAAAAY too easy to put together. Needs nerfed asap.

    No one enjoys losing to bad luck RNG effects over and over and over again. It's basically what's turned me away from the game in the past year or so. All games have some matter of luck involved, but I feel like Hearthstone devs continue to embrace and even promote RNG effects. This is just bad for the game in both the short and long term.

    Havent seen a single Yogg get played all day on ladder.

    Haven't seen a single C'thun come together all day on ladder.

    I think i've seen a total of 2 N'zoth's make some nice boards in Paladin and Warrior.

    I've seen a handful of Y'Shaarj, but only seeing it in Warlock so far. Warlock has been by far the class I've gone up against the most on day 1.

    Yogg and C'thun both might be too slow. Tickatus is pushing C'thun out of the meta. C'thun is already slow as it is, but the prevalence of Tickatus/Warlock variants is killing C'thun.

    What was the point of introducing a card like the new C'thun if Tickatus is just going to run rampant?

    Only deck I'm seeing on ladder is Warlock with Tickatus and Ysaarj.

    Elementals are basically the worst designed set of cards ever in this mode, this is even dumber than the broken heroes they released and they caused the 'steamroll meta': you either highroll, and do it fast, or take 2x 20+ damage on turn 8-10 and die.
    If someone found an early Nomi, your only chance is to either find a brann and get lucky with murlocs and amalgam rolls or do some dumb cheese strat with selflesses and hope you find a baron.

    I've commented before on how bad/absent Blizzard's playtesting is nowadays; but this time around i seriously can only conclude that they have stoned badgers testing their stuff..... 
    For people saying: it's still beta: Yeah it is, and it is also a paid mode with the battlepass etc, where you should be expecting some quality.

    Djinn is annoying and I hope he goes -- but what is incredible about Battlegrounds right now is the number of viable heroes.

    You can't get a top tier hero every time, but some of the crappier heroes like Mukla with the slight buff he got -- can be strategically abused.

     

    Oh I do love naive players like you. Love players that think they can start a game of Battegrounds and just "choose" to go Dragons or Divine Shield Poison. Your luck would have to be through the roof to be able to do this consistently. You have to take what Bob gives you.

    This meta has skill? It's literally whoever triples into a Djinni/Lil Rag/Nomi first enjoys a top 4 finish. You sir are high.

    Played all day after the new patch. It's still same old shit. Elementals OP. Damage cap still needed. And matchmaking has to change to the point where you cant constantly go up against the top opponents over and over.

    The Megawindfury tier 3 elemental has to go. They tried nerfing it by taking out the one Elemental that grants mega-windfury but its not good enough. All day same shit. Huge OP Elementals wrecking your entire board by getting off 3-4 attacks before you can do anything.

    Certain heroes are lightyears beyond the others. Same one's always top 4'ing my lobbies. I'd say 2-3 players always top 4 with Elementals. Zzzzzzzz...it really goes without saying that there is a problem when all the top people are usually Elemental builds.

    Pirates and Demons cannot compete with Elementals and need HUGE buffs if this Elemental shit is going to stay the same.

    Another issue that I think is occurring that isn't getting talked about much is this: The Sell-emental is making the early game way too strong. Between Sellemental, the Murloc token generator, and the Beast token generator, it's just too easy for certain heroes to have too strong of an early game. It's just too easy in general now for everyone to have 3 minions on 5 gold because of the token generators. And if you're one of the unlucky ones that doesnt have early scaling or 3 minions on 5 gold...welp...your game is probably over.

    Love the game, but it's complete trash right now. Change is necessary.

    Let me count the ways.

    1- Ragnaros is THE most OP hero of all time. It's the first and only hero to ever average a placement of 3rd or better according to hsreplay stats.

    2- Games are notoriously short this patch for multiple reasons. There's a problem with the overall game experience if a player is dead or close to dead on 8-9 gold. Add a damage cap, or nerf some of these heroes/cards. Make it so you dont have to be matched up against the top person again who just crushed you 2 turns ago? Meta is SUPER FAST. What's the point of even trying any late game builds this patch?

    3- The new ranking system basically encourages people to concede since there's no drawback for losing rank. So, there are usually 1-2 people that quit after the first few turns of the game. So, this has a domino effect. Certain opponents lose no life and can tier up faster than other opponents because there is no drawback because they're against the ghost. Whoever gets to 5 first and finds Lil Rag/Nomi enjoys a top 4. Whoever gets to 5 first and finds an Amalgadon off their triple enjoys a top 4. Zzzzzz loving the new "concede" meta.

    4 - Mega Windfury is ruining the game. Waaaay too often is a game decided by a huge divine shield windfury Crackling Cyclone that attacks first and kills 4 of your minions before you even have a chance to do anything. This leads to taking MASSIVE damage in one turn. Not a cool experience, blizzard devs. You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to go through playtesting. You're turning the game into "whoever attacks first wins". Lame.

    5 - Elementals are OP in general. The fact that in a lobby you can have 3-4 players ALL going for Elementals and yet still the vast majority of the time all of those players top 4 is a major issue. The tier 5 "elemental" package is insane and so easy to abuse it's ridiculous. Nerfs need to happen. 

    6 - I cannot believe that some of these cards and heroes actually made it through testing and were released into the game. Devs either did it intentionally to spike interest in the game. Or they're just braindead window lickers. Either way from a gaming experience standpoint its unacceptable. Are they trying to destroy the game of Hearthstone or are they really this stupid?
