Are you sure that your devices are set to the same country? Pretty sure that ie. the Battlepass costs 20€ no matter the device in the top paying countries.
I would be very surprised if Blizzard could get away with posting the odds for the different rarities, knowing that those odds weir false or skewing the odds like that (Pity timer is no secret). Celestalon has posted rarity odds numerous times and I don't think that he's willing to go to court over it...
I think the card just falls into that price-effect combination that doesn't suit any deck. It's solid value for the cost, but it's not a big thread and it's too expensive to really be dangerous. Your value mid range deck usually has better class cards that can guarantee an even stickier board and your deathrattle combo won't need it either. Burn/pressure? Nah... Control has more urgent matters to attend and aggro already won so.... Arena card! :)
I'm curious how people conclude that their draw was rigged. It often seems like anything that isn't an average of all values is considered rigged or ANY card being pulled was suddenly the unlikely event that proved it all.
Would it make sense to make the counter card more likely to appear from discover? It would add to the excitement, but my experience is that people tend to pull out cards that are just powerful complimentary effects, making that miracle Twisting Nether from 3 turns before a lot less sensational.
Would it make sense to match up people in accordance to their win rate and play experience? ABSOLUTELY! It's called match making and it's no secret that it's an essential part of the ladder experience, just like those people in the NFL aren't randomly picked, because an unfair match-up is a waste of all players time.
So, in short, I played 8 decks - 10 games with each. Here are the results:
With your set-up, it's just exactly possible to face each class once (and only because it was pre DK). Wouldn't it be way crazier if you actually faced a full representation of the meta with each deck?
Game 2 - Won on turn 11 - SG played: 1 SG drawn: 1 - at turn 10 - CID: 14 Comment: Even though I was winning, SG was a nice topdeck to finish the game next turn. I found 1 SG in 16 cards. Nothing unusual here.
But what IS unusual? If the card is NOT around the middle of your deck? Because THAT would be unusual if it consistently did.
Did you try with any other card in your deck? EXACTLY! You're only interested in SG so you only think of those odds instead of all the other cards.
BTW: What is even the abnormal thing about those games? They look like some pretty insignificant dice rolls...
People used to complain about the lack of messages from the devs. Now they make a little heads up on twitter...
Perhaps it's just for the "excitement". Perhaps they don't invest that much money into announcing minor game changes and try to make cheap social media posts. It's like one dude who says "you're not forgotten" once every second week.
As far as I understand, if you disenchant them, you will still have them because they are core. However, once core rotates, you won't have them anymore
That is correct!
If you don't want to play with rag in wild/classic, go ahead! But that wasn't exactly what you insinuated with your question, so your short answer is NO! You will not gain any dust this way, you'll just be trimming the old collection
It feels bad when they remove a week early. At least it's very little exp compared to what quests and playing gives. One h of playing ranked should give you around 400 exp no matter how shitty play :)

But if you make the voice lines generic, won't you lose most of the cards flavor?
Do you actually want to play some Amani warrior who speaks in nobleman's English?

It came with the previous battle pass (for BG) so I hope you know who you're gonna call ;)

How does a combo control deck that is defeated by aggro work?
From what I can see, mid range gets pushed out because aggro and control are too efficient.

To answer your question, NO. Sadly there is no filter option for mass disenchant, which only takes excess cards anyway.

I think the first version wasn't. I remember a lot more lightning at least :)
