It is a hard counter to Pokelt, live with it.
That‘s actually not what the OP really complained about. He said that the deck would stay random when playing Polkelt AFTER the opponent put a bomb into his deck. It should stay ordered at least until the next bomb is shuffled into his deck.
i don‘t know, if this bug really exists, but if so, it should surely be fixed...
The bomb is not even supposed to shuffle your whole deck. What it is supposed to do is "shuffle a bomb INTO your deck".
Which does not mean it shuffles your deck at all.
But Polkelt refuses to order your deck if there is even one bomb in it.
This is clearly a bug.
Do you know what shuffle means? If you shuffle a card into a deck, the deck will always be completely re-ordered. Otherwise it would have to say randomly place a card within your deck.
You're mistaken, polkelt DOES order the deck if it has bombs in it. Check by playing draw after polk, before your opponent has a chance to shuffle in a bomb
And as someone said, what you're noticing is that when a bomb is SHUFFLED into your deck your deck loses its order. Why? Because its not "randomly placed in your deck". Its shuffled, so your entire deck is shuffled.

"After your hero attacks, shuffle a Bomb into your opponent's deck."
This means (if you can speak English) you take ONE bomb and randomly place it (shuffle it) into the deck. The text nowhere states that it shuffles your entire deck.
This is once again proven by all the Prime cards. Their small version "Shuffles a X prime" into your deck but does not shuffle your whole deck at the same time. This is exactly how bombs should behave as well.
Now, to my point, even if it stated that it shuffled your entire deck after a bomb placement (which should not be true based on the card text), Polkelt refuses to order your deck if it had a Bomb shuffled into it PRIOR to playing Polkelt.
This is how it goes: You shuffle a Bomb into your opponent's deck, opponent plays Polkelt, their deck will not be ordered.
You can go into a friendly game in-game right now and test these things, I am not talking out of my ass.
This needs to be fixed if we are to suffer Bomb Warrior until April.
1) When a bomb is shuffled into your deck, your deck is shuffled in random order. No matter how you interpret the language, that is how it is designed and how it works
2) if you have bombs in your deck and play Polkelt the deck should be in order, I haven't encountered it myself (as I don't want to draw 5 bombs in a row) but if that is not the case it has to be fixed.
3) Has anyone tried having a 'pre prime' minion die after playing polkelt? Is your deck shuffled then as well as it is with bombs? because that should be the case
Even with Psychic Scream it works the same way , and it makes sense. It s not writter "put a bomb card in a random order inside the opponent deck".
So from now on you know that when a card "shuffle something" in your deck it will shuffle it all and it' s a direct counter to polkeit or any other card that will re-order your deck.

This has been proven to be false. All of the cards that "shuffle x into your deck" actually shuffle your deck. Like Soulshards.
f you play against Warrior and they shuffle a Bomb into your deck and then you play Polkelt he WILL NOT sort your deck into the order it should.
If this is really what's happening, it sounds like a bug.
But as others have explained, shuffling anything into a deck means shuffling the whole deck. So if the warrior shuffled a bomb, and you play Polkelt, your next draw should be the highest cost card in your deck. But if they shuffle another bomb in after you play Polkelt, before you draw, the deck is now out of order again.
In physical TCGs, you can't just pick a random spot and slide the card in, because you'll know roughly where it is and when you'll draw it. To get around this, you fully shuffle all the cards so it is randomly placed. HS is emulating the physical card game experience with this and anyone who had collected cards before would feel this is very natural.
This is once again proven by all the Prime cards. Their small version "Shuffles a X prime" into your deck but does not shuffle your whole deck at the same time. This is exactly how bombs should behave as well.
This is factually incorrect as I found out using Pol and having the priest prime shuffled into my deck after. All cases of "shuffle this into your deck" literally shuffles the deck as well. The only card that does not right now is sphere of Sapience because it specifies putting the card on the bottom.

Can this bug be addressed finalyl?

Your deck basically stays random like nothing happened. You basically played a Chillwind Yeti at that point.
I have lost numerous games to this now and it is very frustrating.
Please have this fixed already. It's been like this since expansion release.

Control is like Chess - using your given resources wisely.
Aggro is like Russian Roulette - Hope to topdeck the right card/ hope for the opponent to topdeck the wrong card.
Parallels to the IQ of the players of both games are, of course, coincidental ;)

Its true happened to me with face hunter. Expected brann got animal companion

both Brann and Animal Companion cost 3 mana, so it's random as to which one you would draw first when you get to your 3 cost cards.
