The mechanism where the game scans for legendaries that you don't have and then matches you against a deck that features those legendaries and then gives the opponent perfect RNG to highlight that you should craft those legendaries really makes the game unfun.

Nice tinfoil hat you got there. Real shiny! I bet you believe in that Qanon BS too.
New-ish player here. Started around the beginning of last year. Before the rotation.
Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but when it comes to playing the game, RNG goes back and forth and I think it's good for the game. I enjoy when something random happens in my favour, it's exciting. Of course when something goes bad, it feels bad, or when my opponent gets lucky it can suck, too. But this kind of back and forth, winning and losing is always going to be part of a card game, so why not make it exciting when it happens?
On the flip side, you should consider viewing the game as well. Lots of people are tuned in to watch the Grandmasters, as an E-sport, there is a lot to be said about keeping the viewers interested.
These days, when I'm watching a GM set and the match that's queue'd up is DH vs. DH, sometimes I don't even want to watch, because there's almost nothing interesting going on here. Due to the severe lack of RNG in these decks, you almost certainly know what cards will be played and they're just going to swing at each other's face until one loses. Now, I know that's a bit extreme, and these games can still be interesting to watch simply to see what the players will choose to do and how the game will unfold, but you can still kind of see the various ways it could unfold without a ton of variation.
Mage mirrors on the other hand, or any time a players is rocking a mage deck... you just KNOW some nonsense is going to happen, so I look forward to seeing what the outcome is.

I wouldn't conclude that his claim is totally wrong,
I actually think this is possible , if I was the developer I would at least consider this, why not implement this mechanism and apply (randomly) ? don't you think for example that Blizzard "tuned" the Mage (and maybe other) Prime to show up "faster" after it was shuffled?

Another example for similar "practice " is the streamers win rate in the heroic brawl, i just watched boarcontrol and he got the following results: Priest 4-3 // DH 9-3 // Paladin 12-0 // Shaman 9-3 - do you think this is not rigged somehow?? average win rate of 75% in heroic brawl (expensive tournament mode that only strong players would attend) seems not right to me.

You can easily find that kind of thing in a data mine from the app. Such a thing has never been found. Even so, if people kept statistics, and they have, and found that kind of pattern were real, HS would be ruined (and Blizzard's name eternally tarnished). HS would instantly die. Why would Blizzard take the chance that something like that would be discovered? From a developer point of view, it makes WAY more sense to make an honest game.
It's REALLY sad how willing people are to believe in conspiracy BS these days.

Oh yeah, great evidence! Boarcontrol is only one of the best HS players in the world, lol. It's flimsy non-evidence like this that keeps you conspiracy theory idiots going.
As i said - this brawl is a competitive mode with money on the line,
therefore boar is supposed to compete with players on his same level (well he is the "best" so maybe less good than him) so I assume he should have 55% win rate but not above 75% right?

Ever hear of "small sample size"??
Open any stream and watch the results, you will see yourself. Tyler now with 12 wins 2 times in a row..
he already won 3 brawls in raw , whats the chance for that? you now HS is not Tennis, and in such tournament most participants should be almost on the same "level" .

you can not data mine this.. everything can be calculated on the server, I am not a conspiracy promoter by any means, i say that this is possible and quiet logical for the developer to apply this, just a simplae server code, can be done by 1 loyal well paid developer with signed a NDA

They couldn't even implement Micro Mummy for BG. I doubt they have the ressources for such things.
Totally agree. The whole randomness has become too much. Strong decks containing mostly discover cards are standard and they have a very big impact. With the latest Exp. also Warrior got their share. I mean it would be ok to make 1 class based on discover or random. Priest always been like this but with the newer cards just a bit too much. I guess Blizz just wants to balance everything with randomness so theres no OP deck and for players to include the randomness it must be strong. But its also frustrating to lose a game that you were winning because of one lucky powerplay.
Just some examples:
- Druid mostly winning on a Ysera that creates random Dragons? Very low skill.
- Mage consists purely on discover and random spells. C'mon Prime casting Box of Yog?? Yog got nerfed back in the days because of too much random shenanigans.
- Rogue pure random since the Galakrond decks
The only class that is pretty solid is Hunter which is also mostly used to beat all those random decks by beeing powerful and fast.
Yep, I agree totally agree with OP. I played since 2014 if I remember correctly. I was one of these fanboys would not hesitate buying everything HS was selling. I thought that I would never get bored with HS. Well, the game is now is such a state that I completely stopped playing. It's just not interesting anymore (RNG, mana cheating, these elements existed in the past but they were not as heavy as it is right now). I am still hoping that things will change this is why I come to check forums on a regular basis to see what's going on. It's not looking good, I'll keep checking though and come back if things improve.
I played Hearthstone since release and played up till the release of the lastest expansion. I am done (though I still follow the community and watch it on YT). I agree that RNG is too big factor in the current state of the game. Rogues with lackeys, Priest/Shaman/Mage with random card generation, Druids with crazy high rolls and what not. In the end I didn't even like when I was high rolling: "Oh, I have lost this game. No wait I got a random board clear. GG ez", and it was tilting to be winning until a random generated puzzlebox obliterated my board and gave the opponent minions at the time.
I am not saying Hearthstone is trash and I get why people find the RNG funny - and it makes for great YT content. It's just not for my liking.

OMGzzzz!! PRO PLAYERS ARE REALLY GOOD AT HEARTHSTONE!!! OMGzzzzz!!!!!
Keep on believing in your conspiracy. I've learned that no amount of sense and logic can convince you fools.
