Currently I am bouncing back and forth between ranks 12-13 and I am facing a majority of botted control decks farming gold. I have a decent set of cards and am sitting on ~8k dust. What is a good anti control deck that I can use? I am guessing some sort of tempo mage that doesn't require too much board control to do face damage?
Well that depends. Malygos Druid is ok, but Even Handlock can overwhelm you. Shudderwock Shaman is one of the best choices, but if you have some previous experience with the class, I'd advise Miracle or Baku Rogue. Miracle works pretty nice, just remember to save Sap for Mountain Giant ;)
Why would you make a brand new deck now, a few hours before the expansion, let alone use dust for it? The meta's gonna change heavily, wait it out.
Cancer stays cancer regardless of the meta. There is nothing in the expansion that will make a material change to the current control meta.
Woah those are some harsh words. People said the same thing coming from Frozen Throne to Kobolds; eg. Cancer aggro, curvestone, etc. The meta WILL change, I highly suggest you seriously wait it out a bit.
If anything, combo druid and Shudderwock may be getting stronger, we may just see a resurgence of aggro and midrange.

Are you sure they're bots? I mean, maybe yes, but other than for fun and challenge, I don't see why anyone would go through the trouble of making a control deck bot. It would both be harder (more options, bigger decision trees) and less efficient (more time per won game + harder to estimate a loss early) than a simple aggro deck (odd paly/rogue, zoolock).
Not saying you're wrong, it's just that running into "a majority of control bots" doesn't make much sense :/
As many have said, Shudderwock Shaman literally exists to eat slow control and greedy decks for breakfast. Failing that, OTK or TTK decks can get it done. (TTK, provided that the style of control isn't a ton of armour or life gain. If so, RIP.)

Shudderwock Shaman
While I hate to say it then Shudderwock has a pretty decent winrate against most control decks.

Big Priest.
any otk deck
Against control, you can try OTK decks. Shudderwock Shaman is a good candidate as it often survives aggro too.

I've no clue what I'm doing...

Shudderwock Shaman is stuff of nightmare for control decks. Quest Rogue was also pretty good, I don't know what happened to it after the nerf.
OTK decks, I especially like Malygos Druid because it is also good against most aggro and midrange. You can try this deck
Control decks are the easiest to bot. You just cockblock the board with taunts and clears until you have your win condition.

Ok, I stand corrected on that one :)

I promise you a decent chunk of the Quest Warriors you've faced are bots. It's the easiest deck to code.
Taunt, taunt, taunt, taunt, sulfuras, win. It's actually really efficient for gold farming, a dude on reddit wrote a whole post about it.
I thought botting can get you banned.
Seeing as how there are bot providers that haven't been banned since 2014, it's de facto legal.
I'm killing controls with Big Resurrect Priest.
