Check Hearthpwn's Card Reveal page, it seems like Hearthpwn already knows the missing ones (https://www.hearthpwn.com/cards?filter-premium=1&filter-set=113&filter-unreleased=1&display=3), they listed all 135 of them, including the ones we haven't seen on the stream.
No, those cards where revealed by blizzard, and hearthspwn just posted them, i'm still waiting for a card reveal exclusive of hearthpwn, but yesterday wasn't the case.
Edit: I don't think you know how to count there is no card missing
