My predictions are just for quests but you can guess a neutral minion or whatever you feel.
mage quest - summon x elementals
Warrior quest - Kill x minions with weapons
Druid - adapt x Beasts
Also I feel like there will be a solid card in a class that will adapt at the end of every turn. (like grull but probably for a class)
Priest legendary will be OP and to do with deathrattle's
Hope so. Priest doesn't have a really great legend. Vol'jin being the most useful. I love Velen though, have him golden. Raza is great as I mostly play Reno, but would like a more universal and strong Priest legend.
Predict Shaman will get more good cards, hunter will get some even more annoying deathrattes, and paladin will get some more unplayable 4 drops and buff cards no one will ever play.

Warrior: Play X minions with taunt

Warrior quest reward will be a portal with a baron geddon effect
druid quest - reduce mana cost of your beast in hand/deck
Priest is the last class to have the legendary to be revealed, hopefully it is not some "Purify" type of card....

Well I give it a 95% chance that the druid quest will be to adapt a certain number of minions.
My guess is the warrior quest will be kill a certain number of minions.

Druid - Adapt your Minions/Beasts # times, quest reward is that all minions/beasts have Adapt x 2 added to it
Warrior - Play # minions with taunt, quest reward is a portal that deals damage to all enemy minions at the end of your turn
Bonus: There will be a 10-mana neutral dinosaur.
