OP? Maybe, in order to have good value there is to be at least 2 Silver Hands recruits and 3 other guys to make him a 5/10 with Taunt, which reminds me of somebody. Have fun!

Name: Silver Hand Sentinel
Stats: 7 mana 0/1 Effects: Taunt. Battlecry Gain +1/+1 for each minion on the battlefield, and an extra +2 health for each Silver Hand Recruit.

Something like a super-charged King's Defender for Mage. Meant to try to make an aggressive spellpower mage possible; so, not going for flash, but going for usable and balanced. I think you would need still more tools to make such a deck work, however.
Basically, if there is one enemy minion, deal 1 damage to it. If there are 2, deal 2 damage to them. 3 minions, deal 3 damage, etc. Up to 7 damage to all 7 minions.
Currently working on a custom class; decided to transpose one of the cards into the hunter class and submit it. First card I've actually posted here.

The specific situations for this spell are as follows;
1 minion: 6 damage (Fireball for 1 more mana) 2 minions: 3 damage each (Multi-shot for 1 more mana) 3 - 5 minions: 2 damage each (Consecrate for 1 more mana without the damage to the hero) 6 or more minions: 1 damage each (Horribly expensive Arcane Explosion)
Vanndar Stormpike, leader of the stormpike expedition in Alterac Valley.
This dude had to be defeated in alterac valley battleground for the horde to win. And obviously, the more alliance players were there to help him, the harder he was to kill.
This card kinda works like a taunt in the way that the more minions you have on board, the more stats he will have. With many minions and him beeing harder to kill (mainly more hp), your opponent will then have to decide if he wants to kil him asap, or kill your other minions first to make him weaker.

OP legendary for warlocks that encourages the enemy to flood the board.
Good against aggro, bad against control. But no matter what he guarantees 2 face damage.
