Well it is a stronger Argent Horserider for a deck which is already Tier 1.

For 3 Mana it may be too slow - id rather play war leader or cold light seer (the +2 health guy) instead most of the time, and it can't be summoned by call to arms at 3 mana. i mean i can see it at 2 mana but then bluegill warrior is just pointless.
maybe as a 2/2 so it can't be traded off so easily since you'll probably trade the divine shield instantly when played i guess.
I guess this guy's never played Wild :P
