Deathrattle, deathrattles and Overload (3) need to be Bold in text.
I like the concept but I think that the fact that it triggers the deathrattles could potentially be broken. I'd make it slightly more expensive, say 7 mana? This way it's 10 in total with the overload, which is kindof more in theme with N'zoth costing 10 mana.
In wild it would be insane with stuff like Sylvannas, belchers and other stuffs. As for standard, there are some great deathrattles out there but it's a great that you picked this for shaman, as they don't have that many deathrattles.
Love the idea for sure, would fit great in the whole White-eyes N'zoth archetype in wild which imo is one of the funnest decks.

I just wanted to say I fully echo this statement. It's a fantastic concept! Just needs to increase the cost a bit. 7 mana would essentially make it a 10 mana card, and I think that's a powerful enough effect to justify 10 mana.
I think this is quite busted. Say you just run a select few deathrattles, which is in fact what you would do. You play this and get a Cairne Bloodhoof, White Eyes, AND trigger both deathrattles. For only 6 mana.
This is easily an 8 mana spell with 3 Overload.
Also, the necromancy theme really does not fit shaman. Maybe try to come up with a different way to explain the resummon.
Also the implications on Wild with cards like Sylvanas, Feugen, and Stalagg are disgusting. Control shaman is already a pretty good deck, this would make it completely insane.

I think N'Zoth Shaman could be really strong archetype but it needs more support. Am I getting in right direction with this card? Pls check the poll
