The idea is a early board clear where you sacrifice high cost spells to deal with a lot of minions. This card usually kills itselfs and don't fit in zoo/aggro lists because they usually don't run high costs spells and will kill your board as well. It can be pretty powerful if combo'ed with Flamestrike for instance, but I think it is a hard combo to pull off. It also don't scale with Spell Damage and don't deal face damage, fitting control and helping classes that my need a better board clear.
There are some advantages of not being a Dragon all the time. Amazing combos with Sylvanas, Anub (Free 4/4 and you get him back!), Anomalus, Cairne, you name it for Deathrattle cards. Since it's a Battlecry it would trigger first, opening the doors for great plays.
The Forest Lurker is very similar in many ways to the Moat Lurker. The Moat Lurker has lower stats than usual, considering you are sacrificing a minion, but since it resummons a 1/1 copy and works extremely well with deathrattle effects, such as Sylvanas Windrunner, the 7/6 seemed more balanced.
Remember that there has to be at least 4 enemy minions for this card to be played. I balanced the card with Ming Control Tech in mind. It has a higher upside but the fact that in many match ups the card cannot be played balances it out. It's a tech card to be used against decks like zoo, aggro shaman and token druid.
Excellent for control matchups. Now for 6 mana, you can sacrifice say your Museum Curator and take control of their Ysera! Just make sure whatever you choose to sacrifice has full health! So no trading with a minion first and then sacrificing it to Banshee's Call in order to steal something! At least not without healing your minion to max health first with your hero power or maybe a Circle of Healing.
A little something ramp druids might find interesting to tinker around with. Could be used to sacrifice innervated minions for a more permanent early game advantage, or used alongside cards like Nerubian Prophet.
Extras: On summon: Mana flows through all. Attack: Harvested.
Only way to make purify priest viable. Kill your silenced Ancient Watcher, play this card and summon 2 Eerie Statues. Next turn, either taunt them or silence them (why not both!) and see your aggro opponent's face. Also give a legendary minion to priest like Lord Jaraxxus, here it is your handlockish priest!
A very powerful effect that wins has high potential to win game, had to make it legendary because if you could chain two in a row you would automatically win 90% of the time.
Card is fair though because it costs 9, rewarding priest for surviving against aggro.
The effect might be a bit too strong, but the high cost hopefully keeps it balanced. Priced at 6 mana means it comes out a bit later than Cloaked Huntress and makes the opponent have a chance to get rid of your then-active Secrets. The secrets that he gives you are from your own class.
EDIT: Change stats from 5 mana 6/6 to 4 mana 7/7. The initial one was underpowered since your opponent may never have 7 minions on board and you'll have to combo this with other cards mentioned above.
A good warrior board-clear that is cheap, but requires you to have armor to pay for it. Shield Block is a good card to play along with this one.

"Moose are dangerous"
A perfect chance to create synergy for a control Demon Warlock!
They don't make them like they used to...

Behind the scenes
At the beginning, I wanted to submit this card:
But I changed my mind and made Jak Snow card, because it is harder to keep Ice Rager alive than Am'gam Rager (2 Health against 5 Health).
Good luck and have a nice day!
Inspired by Wacract 3 The Frozen Throne campaign. Dedicated to Freeze Mage.
Edit: Misspelling.

Can't be played unless there are 7 enemy minions on board, but once the limit is met she'll destroy them all.
A strong board clear that could be played around. (Also notice its synergy with Leeroy Jenkins, Hungry Dragon, Desert Camel, etc)

THERE IS NO GAME.
