Insane card if you are really behind. Battlecry is so good that it doesn't matter that stats are not that good.
I don't feel that this is the card paladin really needs since Aldor Peacekeeper and humility exists. This card would definitely be much sicker with other classes.
I'm not sure about this one. I mean if the opponent has many minions, it is still lots of incoming damage, against single targets we have similar thing just for 3 mana. Also the 3/7 body for 7 mana is pretty weak. I do not say it is bad, but definitely not OP. Probably best against handlock, but against it, paladin already had the tools.
This. (though the common opinion seems to consider it a very good card)
If the opponent has many minions you Equality + Consecrate or play a lot of small stuff to counter or trade. People tend to forget that Paladin has other removal options.
This card should be used if the enemy has a few mid-strong drops on the board and a full hand. I'd say it's anti-midrange and anti-tempo. Against midrange Equality + Consecrate is a tempo loss, because you add nothing to the board, and what you already added is left with 1 hp.
It also allows you to use your Aldors less effectively and save BGH for later, in case the opponent runs the Boom + Rag combo
Plus, if you already have minions on the board Eadric allows you to trade favourably.
Great card for some situations, amazing counter against handlock, useless against aggro. The question is, which decks spam enough high-enough attack minions to justify this card. The stats of Eadric alone are terrible.. I am not that hyped about him as many are. As said: he has potential and is amazing in a few match ups.. somehow I still can't see him as any kind of staple

Who can take your trash out? Stomp it down for you? Shake the plastic bag and do the twisty thingy, too?
The card is basically pseudo-neutering akin to Aldor Peacekeeper against control decks like Wallet Warrior or Handlock. Against aggro, even though it has solid stats against it, you'd probably already be dead by turn 7. We'll have to see.

Why useless vs agro? if ur gona get 18 dmg or 6-7 that is pretty big difference. But yeah in T7 u should be probably dead or on your way to a victory, so mby that was your point :)

If the aggro enemy is hunter, you have allready lost if the hunter had a full board. Against Zoo you have mostly 1 attack minions against you (maybe there is also something like a Sea Giant but a Aldor would do the job in that case).. against aggro-pala it might work if you are still alive. You are right, useless might have been a to bold statement but I think it is not + fast enough against aggro. Against aggro you have the problem that you mostly have only 1-2 enemies on board (again aldor would do the job).. This makes this card situational. Situation + bad stats is mostly not the best deal. I still think that this card has huge potential but people seem to overrate this card a bit to much like we overrated Troggzor. I am happy if I am wrong, I love playing non-aggro Paladin decks.

It's not fast enough against aggro but there's no other 7-drops that can save you from a full board of enemy minions either.
Dr. Boom doesn't do it because your opponent will just go face. Eadric the Pure at least make on board damage a maximum of 7. It's big for Paladin to survive turn 7 because turn 8 is Tirion Fordring or Lay on Hands. 7 mana is really sweet spot, I think.
I'd say this card is useless against aggro (by turn seven, it's too late), and not that good vs control (it will work against only 1 minion and then it's bad).
BUT, it's really strong versus midrange, who land several high attack minion (Loatheb and Savannah Highmane someone ?).
So it can be very strong or completely useless, depending of the meta.
Really good card. Having a board full of minions on both sides, this guy swings the game into your favor entirely, maybe into a completely unwinnable position for your opponent.
Actually he can kill up to 7. Don't forget his Battlecry.

Great card with amazing effect! It is an effect like all Legendaries should have. Especially the Class ones! Can turn a game around.

All in all: Well Hyped!

I like it.
3 mana slot and 7 mana slot does not compete. No one is stopping you from running both.
As for 7 mana slot, the only viable neutral legendary is Dr. Balanced. Again, no one is stopping you from running both.

If I am facing an aggro deck and at turn 7, Eadric the Pure > Dr. Boom.

This card is good vs Druid , Handlock and Zoo.
But hunters and shokadins with their small creatures with 1 or 2 attack?
3 attack 7 mana is perfect for shadowmadnes+recomb.
Very nice.
Mrghl Mrghl!
OPOP its what Bolvar should of been.

For now I'd say Dr. Boom is more reliable.
