Tirion Fordring - Because I have literally all the other paladin cards worth owning (except second copies of Sword of Justice, Quartermaster, and Lay on Hands).
since all of them are really meta dependent minus tirion, go with what type of play style you enjoy most. The greater amount you have listed that are left seem to be control cards. Of all of them i have played rag the most, i would think that or tirion would be your go to cards. The only taunt being played now really is belcher, and that is not in tons of decks any more. harrison is fun, but i only play him in a couple decks, and ooze can replace him if needed because its still a heavy hit when you ooze a weapon.
I would suggest Rag overall though, followed closely by Tirion.
If the dust isn't burning a hole in your pocket, I'd wait until BRM finishes to see just how viable the dragon decks are. If they are legit, Ysera's value will be greatly increased.
Aside from that, the cards you're considering are all fine choices. The Black Knight could theoretically be used in any of the decks you listed, but I personally find him the least fun. :-)

Tirion Fordring is brilliant if you play a lot of paladin BUT there is an argument that as soon as you play him, he dies. For the most well rounded one, you should probably go for the Afro-American Knight as he comes into and out of the meta every other season. Harrison Jones [/card] is probably a bit overrated imho but [card]Ragnaros and Ysera are both great cards and you can craft decks around them or chuck them into a variety of existing ones if you need a big finisher.
Just as a wild card for funsies, maybe consider Malygos?
Thanks for all the thoughtful comments! I ended up crafting Rag purely based on all the times I spent looking up alternatives to this card whilst netdecking.
The Black Knight was a pretty close second though :)
Why would you cut Tirion because its a dragon deck? He would only make a dragon deck stronger. Not gonna have an overload of dragons, just some synergies.
I see you have pretty much all the essential legendaries for both mech mage and freeze mage, will you consider crafting blingtron 3000?
I know it sounds a bit stupid, but since mage do not have any weapon, in the best case scenario you could get a gorehoul and destroy your opponent's one and give him a light justice. Plus he's a mech.
If not just go for Tirion Fordwing. Everyone runs BGH, whereas Preist can steal your Ysera easily. Harrison is a bit too situational. If it's 4/5 I would definitely run him in every deck but unfortunately he's 5/4. Too prone to removal.
My most played ladder classes are Hunter (face), Warlock (zoo/handlock), Mage (mech/freeze), Priest (control) (in that order).
Currently I have (minus BRM/Naxx legendaries):
I have my eyes on
Are there other cards I should be considering?

I have Ysera, and it's one of my favorite cards. Not amazingly strong in this ultra-aggro meta but hopefully will be good in Dragon Paladin.
Have a great deck that's really, really cheap? Help the new players out
Rag. Fits in any deck, wins games. Wouldnt even consider any other cards until you own him.

Let the Pain Speak to Me....
Rag.
Imo, the top three must legendaries to have in order are: Boom, Sylvanas, and Rag.

Ysera. Coolest card in the game, and now (with blackrock mountain) is the perfect time for her.
