This card has a lot of possibilities. I always find it funny when cards get so trashed before they have even been experimented with. Another whirlwind with a little more cost or a cheaper hellfire. This could really wreck rush decks let alone buff warrior rush decks.
Did any of you watch the live twitch earlier. With Axe Thrower and the patrons this is another added aggro and draw mechanic that is very cheap. Whirlwind, unstable ghoul, deaths bite, and now this.
HOLY !#$^$ warrior finally got AoE that works for someone other than a control player.
I love this card - I can finally start working on some serious aggro warrior builds again. And no, I'm not really worried about getting 3-damage attacks when I want 1 damage attacks. I'm more than willing to put an antique healbot in an aggro deck if I means I can get a cheap, multi-purpose board wipe.
I think it's better than Whirlwind because it has more uses. Yes it costs 1 more mana, but there aren't too many situations where warriors are short on mana. It fulfills the exact same roll as whirlwind but can be used as a 2 mana flamestrike vs aggro if you have a bad start, then its just armour up and win.
omg people are seeing this card wrong its a better ww, who gives a fuck if its 1 or 2 mana its the potential 3 dmg that is nice and if nothing it does the same thing as ww as a guy said above it can save u sometimes where normal ww cant
this card Is a very good card for Warrior. Almost everyone was super hyped about the fucking Juggernaut which is a crap card. This card will See a lot of play. it is very good. Like Neptulon where People Did not see the Potential.
The only way I can play warrior is with Grim Patron, he's so much fun. I don't see this card synergizing with that(other than a more expensive whirlwind- the three damage would kill the patrons), so I doubt I'll be paying it much.
Im not sure about this card.. If you use this on combo grim patron deck 2 mana whirlwind is a bit expensive and the 3 damage will clear your minions as well. Not sure if this works well with control warrior either since you pretty much want to turtle up and keep your hitpoints high..
its's funny how people hype for cards that turn out bad and call cards that are good "shit".. this is exacly the spot of Revenge.. good tech card against zoo,mechmage and shaman (all fairly tough matchups for warrior) you can totally turn the game around once you revenge their whole board and start armoring up.. whoever i saying that once you dropped below 12 as warrior you are already dead totally hasnt played any control warrior in his life edit: also forget about grim patron warrior when you look at this card.. it's purely control warrior card. the grim patron thing wont last more than a month or so (too inconsistent) unless a refined version comes out which does well in the meta

I just don't like the condition on the card...why 12??? Would've made perfect sense if the trigger is at 15 hp.
I disagreed with Grim...I think it has potential....Miracle Rogue was considered "inconsistent" and look how it turned out. Grim decks also has card draws in AoP/Battle Rage...it is a combo deck and might be a stable one...at least I see this deck is a hard counter to Hunters as they have no way of doing 3 damages of AOE...
First of all Warrior struggles with regaining lost board control. Second of all Whirlwind Is already a fine card to play. Revenge costs only 1 more mana than Whirlwind. For one more mana you gain a potential Hellfire that can win you the game against Aggro. Of course people can play around it, but that Is not a bad thing because that gives you more time to draw Brawl or other answers and sometimes you even don't have it in your hand.
It is similar to Molten Giants while still being useful in the early game. The numbers of games I lost against Mechmage where they dumped down their hand and went full yolo and where a 2 mana Hellfire would have turned the game around are too high for my taste. Once again you pay 1 more mana for a WW that has the upside of completely wrecking Zoo, Paladin or Mechmage. I think that the 1 more mana Is definetely worth it Even if it Is a simply 2 mana WW the majority of Time.
One funny thing I remember Is how almost everyone was so excited about Juggernaut, which was an utter trash card for me on first sight. This card will push Control Warrior a lot because it gives them another AOE.

p.s.: Watch Reynads card analysis of BRM. He Is one of the few players who recognizes the Potential and Power of this card.
Problem here is this only synergizes with grim patron if you're over 12 health. I guess it could work if you also play it in conjunction with commanding shout. I do have to admit that warrior needed some better aoe than just brawl. Also, mortal strike meta incoming!

Warrior aggro is going to be absolutely INSANE!
Yeah, but if you're below 12 health you just kill all of those things instead when you'd rather have the WW effect.
This is honestly not good. The 12hp condition is too strict. They should raise hp to 18 or dmg to 4 for it to be worthwhile, srsly.
Really underwhelmed with Warrior reveals.

I've got a deck ready for this card, the only thing is it needs strong AOE brawl is useful sometimes, but more often I also need the mana.

pretty good comeback card in arena, which warriors need. as for constructed I doubt it will ever see play.
