Depends. It can be weaker than Ysera, if you're drawing Argent Squires on turn 9. In most cases this will be stronger than Ysera:
Ysera, +1 card at end of turn - meaning you have to wait a turn to use this card (and its from Ysera's pool only) Chromag, +1 card at start of turn (on draw), +1 card on each additional draw - meaning you can use these cards on the turn you get them (and its from your constructed pool, which is likely better than the bad cards Ysera has to offer)
Did you just call Dream Cards bad?????
No, there are obviously a fair share of great cards Ysera can offer. However, if I had to choose between gaining a random card in my deck or a random card from Ysera, I'll take the one from my deck that I constructed (unless its Nightmare. I'll always take Nightmare).
Too slow for current meta but should be good in a slow meta.
This sounds weird but I think a good comparison is Kel'Thuzad. Same mana, stats, and great conditional effect. This is less conditional than KT but it's slower.
If you have this down possibly every card in your deck can double (including legendaries). Like Ysera he also generates card advantage, but these cards are the ones you already play. It also costs 1 less then ysera though, allowing you to squeeze an extra hero power if you are at 10 mana.
Ysera has more health and her cards are totally OP, but this can one shot most taunts which is nice.
Tbh i'm just happy to see a a good card that's not BGHable.
Can you seriously rely on thsi card to be your sole draw engine? I love the stats and the effect but it can be dealt with. I guess the perfect combo is Chromaggus + Divine Favor if you were able to reduce his mana cost. Seems complicated.
6/8 is really the perfect sweetspot for a big card. BGh cant touch it and it stays out of range of fireball+ping etc. The opponent will usually spend the same amount of resources removing it as you spent playing it. I could see this being INSANE in freezemage and mill druid decks. Being able to draw burn and get copies of it or copies of coldlight oracle for mill are pretty great!
It's good, but like Ysera probably too slow. The value also depends on what you draw. Might be broken in Handlock tho. You get 4 cards per turn with life tap.
But since Chromaggus doesn't have an off switch, your suggested strategy with Handlock will become even more vulnerable to mill decks. Is it really worth that risk?

I've seen one mill deck in the past 2 months. So yeah... also if you follow that logic you wouldn't run Dr. Boom because BGH is around or weapons because of Jones.
Can't tell if this will be good or not, but I'm definitely going to experiment with it. I like the idea though, refiling your hand without thinning your deck is what I like to see.
I can see interesting combos with it....Imagine using this with far sight you gain 2 discounted cards, or you gain 2 cards with mana tide while it is in your hand, you can use cantrip cards and gain an increased hand while having a good body on board.
So long as you draw 1 card at a time I think it's fine.
Makes me wonder if this works with sense demons or captains parrot.
Looks super great value, 6/8 (no BGH) and extra card, that can be useful for burst spells decks or to duplicate minions in an awesome way super good. I can already see playing it in handlock topdecking and tapping molten gigant when at 10 hp so that is 4X 8/8 for free.
With this on the board and you play Gnomish Experimenter, if you draw a spell, you get 2 copies of it, if you draw a minion, you get a chicken and the minion?

Dragon? I thought he was the BWL puppy.
Weel, cool but in WoW he`s a beast, not a Dragon. Have him as my pet. Seems weird...

Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.
Turn 5 Dragon Consort >Turn 6 chromaggus =)

My comments refer mostly to the wild format.

Anyways, can't wait to experiment with it!
This is why BGH should be removed, it's unfun and broken.

oh wow, I didnt even think about this with Sprint. OH god Kreygasm.
Hearthstone is a game of "copy and pasting"
Greedy option which is worse than Ysera? No thanks.

I'm predicting some strong synergy with Emporer Thaurissan in rogue.

I think this is officially the greatest neutral card in arena.
