Problem with TBK is he is extremely meta dependent. He is one of those legendaries you would rather pull from a pack as opposed to actually crafting imo.
Can confirm. I pulled him from a pack last week and was not disappointed. Yet, I haven't put him in any of my decks yet (but I'm sure he'll fit eventually).
Kinda pathetic Blizzard didn't catch that bug. You'd figure any card with a Choose One would have been at least looked at with Fandral's effect on the board. But, nope!
Curious what the order is for the Choose Ones. Specifically, in the case of Cenarius. Will it summon the two 2/2 Treants first, and then give all friendly minions +2/+2?
This expansion is frustrating and unexciting to me. Half of the cards rely on having RNGesus in your deck. Another large chunk of cards simply buff C'Thun.
You probably should dust him. I'd keep him since I loved Gruul's encounter in WoW, and I think the card is pretty neat (could maybe be useful in Tavern Brawls?). But yeah, there are definitely much better legendaries.
For a 7 drop, the fact that I'm usually burning 2-3 cards along with 1-2 minions to clear him out is reason enough to nerf him. Is he OP? Yes. Is he ridiculously super OP? Nope, but that still doesn't mean he should be left untouched.
Board clears in this format are dumb. I played as a Warlock against a Priest. I just picked Twisting Nether each time from my Box. From the priests, I took 1 Holy Fire and then Prophet Velen every time it was available.
Whats up OTK Velen x4 + Holy Fire to the face for 9 mana.

Just finished an arena run with 11 wins, and it gave a WoG pack. Hope this helps!

Got my first one from a "Watch a Friend" quest, classic pack, last week. Good ol' Tinkmaster Overspark. I've been playing since Beta... FML

This would be the first Golden Legendary I open after having been playing since Beta...

I don't think the game is getting "less fun" but it isn't getting "more fun". Tavern Brawl is the main thing keeping me around.

If you're playing against a priest, pop all of their boxes and pick Prophet Velen each time. EzMode OTK with pretty much any 4+ damage spell.

Next: A spell that affects battlecries
