People are blowing this off, but in a control deck this is huge. I hate when they print win condition cards like this. If a shaman plays this, you either have a counter right away or you lose. 10 mana, summon 15/18 worth of stats that require a hard board clear. Rogue and druid have no counter for that. And remember, shaman has tons of spell discover to find this late game.

Thing is, by the time you play this card, your opponent either already has a good enough board to deal with it, or you've already won the game. It's only a win-more card, not really much else. Also it's 13 mana. Having 7 mana in the later turns feels really bad.

i mean, control must be a thing first, this could help but, i think electra dragons pack is still better at least til rotation

Good point. After Electra goes this might be considered more closely. As it is, this is a surprising amount of bodies that I don’t think should be too slept on. Voted “Playable”. Also, you love pulling these off Ethereal Lackey in the late game.

Rots in your hand early game. Late game puts down a few speedbumps that are more annoying than stabilizing. Will be fun to try in the fatigue control shaman that used to trump control warrior a year ago but yeah it gets eaten alive by fast decks as a -1 card.
IMO- won't be put into decks. Ya you might grab it, occasionally, in a RNG spell discover or generate effect, but a 10 mana spell that does nothing on the turn you play it... na.
i feel this card might be a good finisher, can see it being played in wild reno shaman and stuff.
Maybe a control overload shaman? unlikey though I will say, cards like these aren't enjoyed much by the community, it's basically just playing 1 card a turn and see if u insta win or insta lose!
Poor design mentality but but be ok card in terms of playability!
The fact that this card could still be potentially viable shows how broken dragon's pack was. Dragons pack summoned these at 2.5 mana per summon. This summons at 4.33 mana per summon.

Rogue have a counter for this. Did you forget Filik is a card?

I don't see anyone including this in his deck, but this is a great discovery for late game value.
Like Rain of Toads, but bigger. Seems OK to find in a Discover.
Super yummy if you draw this with Far Sight. Though aside from that, not sure what you take out to put it into your actual deck.
This that type of card that is only good to discover in the late game
But look at that hint at the nerf of Dragon's Pack
Maybe a copy is enough but the truth is interesting to discover.
A buff for King Phaoris.

10 mana AND then 3 overload is just a lot of cost/punishment with some of those super-removes out there.
