I wanted to respond you HIDZu, but I'll just highlight three things.
1. Language and calm down.
2. What's the point of discussion between players who play Miracle Rogues? You would just agree that the nerf is not needed and topic closed. Let someone who face them join the discussion too, if you won't let both sides talk, then it's no sense to talk. I just wrote down what do I think as a control-oriented player, who has to fight Miracle Rogue.
3. I play Control Paladin. How did you assume I play Zoolock or Hunter?
The problem is, if you want to hear both sides, ask someone who actually plays Miracle, since he will have played both against it and the deck itself. Rarely are people in deck choices as restricted as you seem to be, so they will usually have played other decks, too.
I didn't like it because the *clever* deck idea DRAW UNTIL LEEROY, but I think the Leeroy nerf was enough. I hadn't any trouble with miracle players since. But then, it was a huge pain in the ass. Auctioneer>conceal |next turn| Prep>shiv>prep>shiv/fan of knives>shiv/fan of knives> etc... And then you got the Leeroy>shadowstep>Leeroy>shadowstep>leeroy>cold blood>cold blood
so.much.FUN.
But as I said, after the Leeroy nerf, they're pretty okay.
As said, what we really need are more ways to counter it to make the matchup more interactive, instead of mostly being "rush him down before he gets the combo going". In turn, there need to be more decent cheap spells to make him a bit more usable.
Nerfing a card that already is pretty mediocre doesn't solve anything.
Like i said it before: Gadgetzan needs some nerf, for example every time he draws a card he gets 1 damage. Still useable for at least 4 cards or more with Earthen Ring Farseer, but you cannot draw the whole deck. But i can see that for now rogue would be unplayable without this card draw. Hunter Buzzard was simply overpowered and for them it wasn't even necessary to use buzzard, but as a Rogue you need the card draw and the combos with it.
Rogue is not a that great of a class without auctioneer. Nerf Auctioneer and the few who still play miracle rogue in this tumultuous meta will altogether disappear. So unless blizzard wants 0 rogues in the the meta there will be no auctioneer nerf.

Now if they want to more cheap spells to the game, then yes they have to change auctioneer.. But until then if they want rogue playable they can't nerf a class that needs it to work in high ranks.
Hearthpwn, where we try to nerf Hearthstone into the most boring game possible.
Seriously, most every nerf post here at Hearthpwn goes like this: "I think something is OP/strong so it ought to be nerfed". Evidence is never a concern. At all; just raw feelings and observer bias.
It may be that card x needs a nerf. If you want to start an intelligent discussion about it, you need supporting evidence. Matchup percentages, tournament stats, etc. Demonstrate that something is so dominant that it makes the game stagnant. That's simply not how this conversation is going here at all.
What miracle rogue players don't realize, is that while this specific deck could be the greatest experience for THEM, it also destroyed completely the experience of opposing players. While the miracle player has a ton of decisions, plays lots of cards each turn, and has to think a lot the others player turn is usually reduced to: "play minion/hit face", as there is nothing else you can atack. The only minions miracle plays (eg gadtezan, huge vancleef) have to removed asap - so either you have a spell to remove or not, no decision too.
The definition of interesting deck archetype is handlock, where the opponent has to play around 10hp border or lose (whereas handlock tries to stabilize around that border), not one-sided card spamming miracle.
However, I don't see the point of gadzetzan nerfed, the problem of miracle was the insane burst - with the burst gone the deck is usually an easy win against.
And Blizzard really shouldnt add more 0 cost spells to the game. Preparation creates insane value with gadzetzan, and there is nothing more irritating that coin-innervated yeti (or, like once happened to me, double innervated coined Cairne = insta concede).

There's insane burst in other decks, the reason miracle was/is amazing is auctioneer will draw you into the combo... Unlike other combo decks people have tried
Based on what we have seen of the new expansion I think this nerf rumor is more plausible. It looks like the expansion will heavily use the "Spare Parts" mechanic which are all 1 mana spells. Blizzard I beg you if you do nerf auctioneer please make a rogue-specific card that keeps miracle viable.
This game is dominated by brainless Undertaker decks that rely on face damage and a lack of interactiveness/trading with the opponent and people still complain about a card that sees play in one deck and is extremely slow. What a joke. If you want to complain about anything complain about the over abundance of cancer decks on the ladder.

If you nerf auctioneer, we won't see ANY rogue played in high-level competition.. Blizzard doesn't want a class unplayable at that level.

With the half dozen UTH changes and the huge nerf to buzzard, Blizzard is definitely trying.
Bruh. Have you seen all of the random 4 dammage stuff coming in GvsG? Blizzard is out to get Rogue.
I Designed A Card This Week
God, so true, I think Blizzard has removed Rogue from the game at this point.
