Hmm, I think it could go a few routes. The first one I thought of would be "you cannot be reduced below 1 hp until the effect ends". That would protect against classes that can kill you in two turns with no strings attached like mage. Another route could maybe give it a bigger body and/or taunt? Still, that wouldn't help with burst from hand classes like mage and rouge but it would potentially make it more playable versus aggro/tempo decks. A third direction would be for him to also give some sort of damage spell, or maybe have him give a random spell along with his effect that can be played to give him taunt or give you the effect I first mentioned, etc. These are just a few spitballing ideas I thought of off the top of my head. Can't wait to hear other people's thoughts on this though.
So if you click on the card in your collection, there is actually a really fun and interesting interaction with Temporus. Right under the card, there is a thing called "Disenchant" and you can actually get 400 dust! Even more so, 1600 dust if it's golden! You're welcome
Actually I don't think it's playable. Maybe in future they'll print some strange card that will allow him to see play, but now the drawback is too big in comparison to what you gain.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
If you make him powerful enough to guarantee that you won't die then you've made him FAR too *#)$#* strong. Especially since Priest has learned how to do combo styled burst damage. Temporus MUST have a major risk if he's to give a reward .
Giving him Taunt will mean that a simple normal "play random *#$)*# kill player" won't work as easily since you have to get past his rather big body. But it'll still leave you vulnerable if the opponent has a full board and teh ability to handle a single Big Boy or has burst. You need to have the board and not instantly die to burst to use him if he's taunt but doing so means you won't have to worry about 5 pirates being played and simply ramming your face.
But honestly I think he's fine. Remmeber that classes that are top tier tend to get the more interesting/silly cards to avoid powering them up more. Tell me, does priest NEED a reliable version of Time Warp? No? They are already too strong? Then perhaps a cute Johnny card that you can boast about using on Twitch/Youtube is enough this time around.
Nerherspite Historian sure loves to hand him out like candy. I only used him once because I knew my opponent couldn't kill me in 2 turns and I knew I could get him in 2 turns.
Why would you ever want this card to be good in constructed, it would be part of a totally degenerative deck. It's good as it is - a spicy, playable arena card.
7 mana, 10/10 taunt. Battlecry: Skip your next turn / Give your opponent an extra turn Deathrattle: Gain an extra turn.
So, here is the deal: Due to costing 7 mana, it can't be dicovered by Free from Ember. Taunt does protect you somewhat, while is stats give you a good tradeoff (he may need to sacrifice more than you, since you get the turn afterwards anway), It also would have enabled some interesting combos with Spiritsinger, N'Zoth, Twillight Call, etc. The downsinde, though - if it gets silenced, you basically gave up a turn for 5 more statpoints. Not a good deal^^
It is a good card against some long games Warrior etc which appear closer to end of season. So you have to pay the price for tech card, however I'd like it ti be 8/8 of course.

Without removing his current ability of course
I would try adding either Fully heal your hero or Summon two 1/1's with taunt.

That's what I do; I drink and I know things.
And then you open it from another pack.
No need to be playable. My opponents have summoned at least 3 times a Temporus with a full board and I gladly enjoyed my free AOE
with doomsayer..!
Give it battlecry: win the game on the spot if you post salty bullshit on Hearthpwn.

Disenchant him and craft a psychic scream, but just one and every time you play it you will remenber that temporus that made it possible.
Why would you want to make an easy OTK win card playable. If it was even close to good it would be dumb as hell.
It would be playable by being Neutral/Mage class card.

yes, by disenchanting him and crafting another thing
Simple: Taunt

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.

All you have to do is want to lose and he's godlike.

I would have liked something like:
7 mana, 10/10 taunt.
Battlecry: Skip your next turn / Give your opponent an extra turn
Deathrattle: Gain an extra turn.

I'd build a wall along the border with Mexico... No wait that's how I'd get the US presidency.
