Give Priest Ice Block. Pretty easy tbh.
Why? Priest did not need another strong legendary, so they got a high risk/high reward meme card instead.
I have stolen him some timed, and he has won me games for rogue, he is the epitomy of win more. If you are ahead in cards, health and on the board, he is a decent card.

Easy, you play the extra turn before the opponent.
Of course this way is not playable but broken beyond believe, like the others OP priest cards.
Reduce his mana cost to 6 so you could combo it with a board clear, taunt minion, or Eternal Servitude.
4 mana available would really make this card much different from 3.
Another thought would be make mana cost higher, so you only could work with what you have, and make the turns a 1/2 style. You get 1 additional turn after playing him (like a Time Warp), then your opponent gets 2 turns.
