This card will not only make Big Priest more deadly, but make Quest Priest at least a T2 deck. Might even allow the inclusion of quest in Highlander Priest, since the deck can draw well and the quest will provide an additional hero power at a very low cost with a massive heal in return plus a taunt.
In wid is bad because even with 40 of health anduin kill you . in standart your idea is a joke with jade druids and priest.. and nzoth is too slow. Your perspective is too greedy. Really you think that you will survive only playing a 9 drop? and yes.. iam a legend player
This card is in some situations a better barnes because you will get 2 Obsidian Statues on turn 3, turn 4 resurrect and then you have all the other typical cards and that other new 7 mana Resurrection amulet.
Good for activating the quest, but also very slow. The only deathrattles you might bring back with this that have some kind of tempo benefit are Harvest Golem and Volatile Elemental, and it seems questionable to include them in the first place. Most likely you will revive minions like Mistress of Mixtures, Loot Hoarder or Crystalline Oracle, which can provide okay value but not really any tempo.
So the question is if the quest makes up for the downside of playing this card, and watering down your deck with the fairly weak deathrattle minions that are in Standard. I'd say that it doesn't.
Anyone know if there has been official clarification on how this works yet? AFAIK "resurrect" is a brand new keyword and I'd like to know - exactly - what 'different minions' means.
I assume the first part is straightforward (works like the card named 'resurrect' but I'd like to be sure....and if it's bound to the same rules as 'summon a friendly minion that died').

The word "different" is key. If you play Barnes on turn 4 and get a Statue, then it dies and you play this on turn 5, you arent getting 2 1/1 copies of the Statue.
Now the question i have is "If 2 different Statues have died this game, will this resurrect both?"
Nevermind, im getting this mixed up with the spellstone.

Shit, so am I. That's where I meant to post it.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Just for clarification, and I'm sure this has been asked, but for this and the spellstone, how do they work? Like for this, is it 2 different minions, or if Obsidian died twice it works? Same with spellstone cause it actually says DIFFERENT. So you can't return 2 Obsidians can you? I just haven't seen anyone address this yet. Thanks!

LOL! I just asked this. But they do seem to be worded similarly.
Oh, so this must work like Cleave - it must have two different targets. You can't cast it unless at least 2 friendly deathrattle minions have died during the game.
Still, Big Priest players must be wiping the spittle of their mouths.
I'm guessing this card works the same way as a kaz resurrect spell works. Which I believe just summons up to the number of minions that died (even if its less than that amount).
So if only one deathrattle card dies, this will just summon one deathrattle. If the same deathrattle minion dies twice, its resurrected twice.
Didn't read this thread though so don't have clarification if it was answered.
I don't play it anymore, but this card makes Quest Priest... just wow. Running Razakus priest I think I did about 90 damage in a win. So much healing and just enough deathrattles.

Turn nine this into Herald Volazj!
Only downside for me is that it's not a turn 3 play, and I wish it cost 4 mana so I could put it into my Hemet + Archbishop Quest Priest deck.

I thought BIG priest has his name because he plays BIG minions and not tiny 1/1s...
I think it's really good. Completing the priest quest also becomes trivial.

Don't think it'll see much play honestly. Might change in the new year but that's 5 months away.
