Many people mention keleseth, edwin, vilespine and bonemare as great possible targets for this affect.
But let's not forget, you actually need to DRAW them, than PLAY them, than they need to SURVIVE a turn and you need your opponent to have something on the board that you can TRADE them into.
That's 5 things that needs to happen and the last 2 are things you can't fully control (and sometimes you don't even want to suicide your own minions), so basically it's an extremely situational card, that can't survive on the board for long because of her low health, and cannot be played on a losing board (or even empty board).
shadowcaster saw a lot of play in tempo rogue as a value generator, this one is better most of the time than shadowcaster I think it will see play as control tech in the tempo rogue list.
The real value is cycling high attack charge minions.
Imagine having a Reckless Rocketeer on board and playing this, than trading into the enemy minions. It's like deal 5 damage to a minion for 1 mana, if the minion had 2 attack or more put it back in your hand.
Edited my comment before seeing your reply. Notice that it's not a deathrattle, but it's an effect that lasts while she is on board. That's even more dangerous.
This and Zola the Gorgon will be staples in every Keleseth Rogue decks.

Put a 1/1 copy of Prince Keleseth on your hand.
Mill rouge should be fun with this
Good card for quest Rogue, this plus Cheat Death might make it viable again
On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
three Handlock decks,
two Molten Giants
and a winstreak to Legend Rank #3
Disclaimer: This is a fictional poem and this didn't actually happen to me.
Insane! An endless amount of bonemares!
SHE THICC YO
Poor stats. Good for combo/battlecry/deathrattle minions
I think it's a very good card, and you definitely should focus on kiling it before a 1 cost Malygos slaps your face

I feel like its actually a pretty interesting card with alot of possible potential.
