Are all Death Knights worth crafting? Currently I have Druid, Mage, Priest, Warlock and Rogue death knights and want to know if its worth it to craft the others. Should I craft them or just wait a couple more days for the meta balance out.
Definitely wait a bit. Unlike the quests from Ungoro, all of these DKs have potential and its going to be a bit longer before we can figure out which are the true powerhouse must haves and which are just for tier 2/3 funsies.
The meta will not in any way find a balance in just two more days. What has been happening in the past is that It will start to stabilise after the 1st month when the two meta reports will come out (from Vicious Syndicate and Tempostorm), and then about two weeks later the counters of the community to the top tier decks will be everywhere.
As for crafting all DKs, I see it as completely pointless, in the same way as crafting all legendary quests was. The way it works is that you focus on classes/decks you like to play, go on theorycrafting and/or see them in action on various streams, see what you need in terms of crafts, wait to see whether the deck can work or turns out to be a poor gimmick, and then invest your hard-earned dust carefully and conservatively. From your description, I see you have more than enough DKs to keep yourself busy with new decks before you even consider crafting another DK.
to early to say which of them will be viable or not, just think of the quest, at the end strongest were warrior and rogue which got nerfed at the end...DK that you already opened keep them, but wouldn't advise you to craft other ones, also think that DK shaman will be good, just one day passed since the release don't be so unpatient
Wait and open packs, you are guaranteed to get the rest later on.
Yeah, I already opened all the packs that I was going to open this expansion and just wanted to try some new decks. Also what do you mean by we're guaranteed to get the rest later on?

Yeah, I wasn't going craft all of them outright but was going to start maybe crafting one every few days. But Uther, Garrosh and maybe even Thrall all look like really fun and powerful decks right now. Sucks how you always want what you don't have. );
I must note I will surely not tell you what to do with your dust, and you have every right to spend it in any way you like. And what really matters in any game is having the most fun you can have. If that involves crafting every DK, then go for it! There are just some things to consider before you do - that's all.
telling people to not be so unpatient, but I to am...crafted Auctionmaster and 2 burgles to try out exodia paladin, very fun to play and can win even without otk, now when I think, later it won't be that good and competitive as some people here say, players will learn to play around it.
Also crafted Lich King because I think it is the safest now to craft of all other lege from new expansion
Currently siting on 8900 dust + 6000 if I disen all wild lege, but that would be my last resort because I tend to play wild here and there
As I started to play HS from public beta I always wanted to craft CW, Miracle Rogue and somekind of shadow priest. First two decks I crafted some time ago, now waiting for meta to sattle to see if shadow Anduin will be a think and craft it
I've crafted Valeera the Hollow, and use her with Lich King, Plague Scientist and Shadowcasters, and I've gotten so much value it's unreal. When you have two Lich Kings on the board and get 2 Death Coils to use as heals it can swing a game. Had some really fun games with her. Still have 8650 dust left so I may craft Jaina, Gul'dan and Rexxar. Rexxar seems to be high on the fun factor if not taking the game too seriously.
And it's always a chuckle worthy moment when a Pirate Warrior player tries to click on your face when you're stealthed..............
Anduuin worth it: even without raza, altho the razakus priest is way more fun, and has more omph than a more average build
Guldan, totally worth it, when has a n'zoth-like effect not been worth it?
Uther: he's great, worth it as well, you can go for the beardo shenanigans or just play to exhaust opponent's resources and hide horsemen behind taunts
Rexxar: He's really fun,not the stronges tone but, really he's really fun
Just a warning. I always lose fatigue matchups with warrior DK against control. The warrior DK has no late-game value compared to the other top-tier ones.
Make sure you have dead mans hand or you will lose the late game.

Basically, due to "no duplicate legendaries" policy Blizzard adopted with KoFT and beyond, at some point you will have all the legendaries of the given set, provided you've bought enough packs.
KofT has 23 legendaries, so assuming you're extremely unlucky you will get all of those after 920 packs (pity timer breakpoints). Realistically, it's gonna take probably around 500 and that's counting only those that drop from packs. If you take dust into account, I'm fairly sure 300-350 packs will have you set for the entire expansion (excl. golden cards) and every legendary you'd possibly want.
I have Shaman and Priest myself (Priest I crafted).
I have had some luck with Shaman DK in a Murloc Quest deck. Once the Quest is complete, you empty your hand and throw down the Shaman DK for ALOT of value. It also takes the opponent by complete supprise as not only your minions evolve, but your entire deck evolves to something completely different as well. With some more refinement of the 'Death Murloc' deck I can easy see it as a Tier II
The Priest DK is imho the best among them. Its bonkers and I can see a future nerf comming to that card in the future (3-6 months from now when Blizzard finally comes to thier senses). It is in my opinion a safe craft.
The Warlock DK is also very powerful, but it will remain to be seen if the class will get a deck with room for the DK, that is competive enough to see ladder play. I hope so. Meanwhile I just have fun with Howlfiend in a Discard Lock deck, where you can now easy complete your quest by turn 5-6 due to howfiend. with the amount of card creating cards (Discover, Deathrattle Add a random card, End of turn add a random card, and Burgly to add coins) the discard effect doesnt even hurt that much to the grand plan :-) I even consider crafting the lifesteal legendary (name escapes me).
bloodreaver guldan is very good, already made it to being an actual deck.
i crafted uther...since i already had auctionmaster and 2 burgly bullys form my initial mTg openings, see people? this is why you don't disenchant legendaries, so many people disenchanting Beardo in day 1 and now can't play one of the msot fun decks in the history of hearthstone

I'd say all except Valeera.
Wait and open packs, you are guaranteed to get the rest later on.
But yes, I believe they are all viable except for shaman and maybe rogue. :(
Wait a few weeks. They will most likely turn out to be bad, just like the quests did.

Well most dk are worth crafting only fishy one is rogue because as rogue player it's the most restricted one to play in a deck

i'd say dk valeera isn't worth crqafting tho.
which auctionmaster paladin deck are you using because that sounds fun
though i don't know if i want to craft paladin dk or hunter dk
