Is that what they call it? Wow. Anyway. I hope they annouce it faster. At least zombeast will have some variety with stonetusk gone. However, if it's gone then it's a Nerf to zombeast.
Auctioneer is fine in rogue, it's the jade druid bullshit that should be punishable by death. I think that Auctioneer should be made rogue exclusive. However, there's also the case that rogue will never get any strong cards as long as Gadg is in standard mode... So I *GUESS* there would be some merit in moving him to wild.
I swear if they move auctioneer to hall of fame im done with this game. miracle rogue is one of the only brain decks left in my opinion
Yeah because dropping auctioneer and then cycling your deck needs brains. Stop kidding yourself with the "brain decks", because none of the decks in Hearthstone require enough thought to power even a light bulb anyhow. Its the nature of the game.
I don't see them getting rid of stonetusk board just because of zombeasts. The card that gives you that hero power is expensive so you should get overpowered creatures from it. That's even assuming that the card will see play at all to begin with, which I seriously doubt considering all of the instances in the past where they tried to push a control style hunter.
Stonetusk boar was announced as one of the cards that design space. So its extremely possible that it could be rotated out. Also innervate and preparation was on the list. I forgot what the 4th card was that they mentioned.
Love all the shit talking going on in here. Miracle is one of the most difficult decks to play correctly, hence it's popularity among pro players. It might not be insanely difficult to draw with an auctioneer, but knowing when to go all in and making the best out of bad draws is what makes it difficult and that happens more frequently than you would imagine. That is what divides a good player from a bad one.
Also, nothing is being rotated to wild until the first expansion of next year and nothing has been confirmed either. Sorry, but prep, ice block, innervate, auctioneer and even stonetusk boar are here for at least another 6 or so months. It is blisteringly obvious that miracles existence isn't going to push auctioneer out of standard. If it was, they would have rotated it last set. As is, people like playing miracle, blizz routinely releases a card or so every set that supports the archetype and rogue players are happy. Get over it. We all hate playing against certain things, you can't just go around deleting every card that sees play.
Can someone please link me the source of this info? ty :)

This is from a recent Ben Brode AMA on Reddit. Brode said that he felt that Stonetusk Boar was the card that was 'most guilty at limiting future card mechanics'. Mike Donais added that Preparation, Innervate and Malygos were also high on that list.
So they said classic set won't be rotated, but then they realised that many of the good cards from classic are "design limiters". So what's it gonna be - rotate all the useful cards and turn Classic set into useless pile of trash?
Just to add to this, IF Stonetusk Boar rotates, it won't be until the start of the next year of Hearthstone - they've stated that any cards being rotated into the Hall of Fame will be a yearly thing.

No, but winning without drawing an auctioneer is what makes it hard. When has the game ever ended from drawing with an auctioneer? You idiots act like drawing with the auctioneer is the hard part when in fact the deck that he enables is the difficulty. You might lose with a hand of 2 preps, a backstab and a fan of knives, as to where a skilled player like dog could choose to play that hand differently and win. That is where the skill comes into play. If drawing with auctioneer was the difficult part of miracle, there would be no skill variance and it would be as braindead as pirates. It's knowing when to go in, and when to sit that makes miracle fun. Anyone can draw cards.
I mean, a 4 cost 4/4 with charge that adapts every time it attacks a hero seems pretty good, so it would probably be a good call from Blizzard to nip that in the butt a month before it can happen rather than 2 months after.
They will only rotate next year, they have already told us that Hall of Fame moves will only happen with Standard rotations, NOT when new sets come out.

Really, are they doing it? Seems that all zombeasts will choose it for obvious reasons.
Should it rotate?
They already said that Gadgetzan auctioneer, ice block and Alexstrasza might rotate to * Hall Of Fame * next set.
But we dont know yet :).

Don't know which is better!
Pure skill. /s

new battle cry: after you play a beast, summon this minion from your deck.
♥ ¡hola mundo! ♥ hello world! ♥ привет мир! ♥ こにちわ せかい! ♥
A simpler solution is that Stonetusk Boar just never shows up as a Zombeast option.

You can find me here! Good luck everyone!
On topic: The boar might go at some point but not very soon.
On rest: Yeah Hearthstone totally needs less card draw more bs card generation that is totally just high rolling it 24/7.
