For people saying that this card is the worst quest reward and it will just get removed by a spell such as hex or polymorph, this thing can get stealth and "can't be targeted by spells or hero powers." and it gets the potential to get either one of those abilities quite easily because it can adapt five times and pick from three possibilities each time. This is not going to be easy to remove from the board at all unless you have an AOE, and not every class even have access to good AOE's.
Well, if the player choosing the adaptations grows attack more than once, we may see a comeback for Big Game Hunter. That card doesn't care about divine shields and it is not a spell.

Cant target a stealthed creature though. ;)

Battlecry: Your opponent draws a card with Silence.
Atleast Paladin will not have to build deck around Quest right.
All quest till now were forced archetypes
Hunter forced to play one drops-Doesn't even have an archetype yet
Rogue forced to play hand returning cards- Doesn't even have an archetype yet
Warlock forced to play Discardlock
Shaman forced to play Murlock Shaman
Mage forced to play secret mage
Warrior Forced to play Control Warrior armor up!
Priest forced to play Deathrattle.
Druid is unknown
Oh noooo forced archetypes! The horror! Then, as you said, people complain about classes not having archetypes and when they give you one its "forced". Make Up your mind
The best pre-emptive counter to this card would be to play Nozdormu as soon as they finish their quest. Not sure what happens if they rope while picking the 5 adapts.
For those that think is so OP, go ahead and try it at the link below (apologize for not giving credit to whoever made the simulator, found it in my browser history, couldn't find the original post).
Start with an idea of what you want: OTK stealth/windfury, big defensive taunt, etc., and see how easy it is to actually get it. See how many times you're presented with adapt options you've already chosen or ones that don't work for your goal.
The card is good, but not as amazing as some seem to think.
This is trash, right? I mean all other quest rewards influence the rest of the game, while this is just a minion that dies to removal. Even if it gets stealth it's useless against Twisting Nether, Kazakus 'Polymorph' Potion and so on.
How I understand the battlecry, you can choose an Adaptation 5 times (instead of the minion getting 5 random ones) and you can only pick 5 different Adaptation, right? So this will nearly always end up as a 9/9 with stealth and windfury (unless one needs the taunt), pretty boring,..
Edit: "Can't be targeted by spells or hero powers" might be a thing, too. And in fact, before I wanna judge this and keep calling trash, let's wait what the actual Quest will be. Maybe it's possible to create a deck that can kinda guarante that u can play the reward by turn 6, that is before enemy has access to Twisting Nether and 10-mana-Kazakus-potion, then this could actually be a strong and sticky Minion to play.
If your opponent has no removal or Taunt, then it's great AF. If your opponent has, then it's just shit. I mean, look at all the other quest rewards. So game changing. This one is just a battlecry. I am going to try a massive Taunt with Spell immune. Spell immune always has to be a choise, otherwise you have to pick stealth for an OTK. But the problem with OTK is that your opponent can just play a taunt, or a mass removal and get it. Good thing is that Kazakus won't be a thing anymore. This can lead to the rise of Handbuffadin which is very decent.
it in comparison with the other quest rewards, its the worst one. the only one that can be countered before do something.
Not if you make it stealth/hexproof/divine shielded.
ow yeah, deadly shot, devolve, mass dispel, twisting nether, kazakus, not of this exists... you are right
I mean, Deadly Shot assumes your opponent is running it (and it's been very rarely run in competitive Hunter lists so... yeah). Same thing with Mass Dispel. Kazakus is common right now but I imagine is going to be non-existent after rotation when Reno isn't there.
If my opponent uses an AOE to clear my Galvadon it would suck but I'm not sure I'd be sad. I imagine there's merits to it forcing that kind of reaction, and depending on the quest you might have already just naturally accrued enough pressure to draw out their AOE answers; it may seem surprising, but you're not forced to play this into answers your opponent might have and can bait out removal.
So long story short, "this card dies to removal" is not really a valid reason to completely write a card off.

Each adaptation is independent, you can be offered the same ones multiple times (including ones you never want to pick multiple times, such as Taunt).

Umm, nooo.... there's this adapt mechanic that prevents that man, simple mechanic. It's called: can't be targeted by spells or hero powers dude.

Being weak to board clearers shouldn't even be mentioned. The card definitely is strong.
I don't think people release this is a quest reward, not just a legendary you get (more simple concepts)
3*(+3 atack) + windfury +stealth = Hidden 14/5 with wind.
Polymorph laughs at this. Unless, one of the Adapts is "cant be targeted by spells." Then.....!
