I currently have 2,400 dust and have completed all rares and commons, quite a number of epics and around 4 legendaries (from packs)... what would you recommend I spend my dust on? Leeroy Jenkins, Ysera or Ragnaros the Firelord? I'm willing to wait until 3,200 dust to craft both Ysera and Leeroy (at that point I would have no regrets)... but to craft one now I might regret it later on... lol! So what would you recommend?
EDIT: BTW, I don't run a specific hero/deck/theme... I'm kind of a "jack-of-all trades" and try to keep my heroes 2 levels apart...
It depends on which decks you play the most. Leeroy and Rag are used quite often, so either one is fine. Ysera is cool, but sort of useless in the current meta, where you've lost or won by turn 10.

This. Adding only that Leeroy is A LOT more frequently used than Rag right now. I'd lean towards Leeroy, but I'd also probably wait until after Naxx just on the off chance that things will change between now and then.
Leeroy Jenkins opens up a lot of doors for aggro decks, as well as Miracle Rogue. Ragnaros the Firelord is very useful in Control decks, and I'd craft him over Ysera. Depends on your playstyle, and what decks you will be playing on ladder in the near future.
If you like all decks equally, then you go with Leeroy. The thing is, Leeroy is for midrange AND aggro, Rag is just for control. Leeroy is in about twice as many decks as rag. And honestly, id craft Cairne Bloodhoof for control decks before id craft ragnaros. I think smaller control decks are stronger right now anyway, so you can do without rag.
I feel right now Leeroy is the best option because the meta is so aggressive and you need to finish your opponent before crazy Leeroy/Force of Nature 14+ damage combos. But Raggy is more consistent I think, as it is always a powerful play if you plan to survive until turn 8-10, can often finish your opponent in 2 turns all by himself, and is not shot down by taunts.
Craft Ragnaros the Firelord, he gives you the most "bang" for your "dust" in terms of value. Also since you're a Jack of all Trades you don't necessarily play an individual style so Ragnaros the Firelord fits in almost all types of decks minus Aggro. Then later on you can craft Leeroy Jenkins so you have options to test out "aggro" decks. Ysera is a nice card to mess around with, but in the current meta isn't used much unless in Control Warrior so I wouldn't craft her. Maybe set your eyes on another legendary you've yet to craft that could be more useful like Alexstrasza as an example.
Thank you for the replies. It really helps! Thing is, now at 2400 dust, I want to see if I'd snag any legendary first when I hit 3,200 (not far... in a week or so maybe). But ever since I've gotten 1,600 dust I have wanted to craft Leeroy Jenkins.
When I first started playing, I opened up my first few packs. I was very fortunate to get Leeroy Jenkins on my 3 pack ever opened. I would ask what your plans are. Are you high ranked, low ranked, and where in the ladder are you climbing. As stated before Leeroy Jenkins is probably one of the most versatile cards in game and is a staple finisher in a lot of decks in the meta right now. Ragnaros the Firelord is also a very good card to have as a finishers/win conditions depending on the type of deck you play. Ysera seems like the odd man out of this list. Not that it isn't a good card, but if you are in the higher ranks climbing the ladder around rank 5 and below, then she might be worth crafting. So in my opinion I would craft Leeroy, Rag, then Ysera in that order.
As far as ranking is concerned. My best rank in the ladder was 13 (for May). I haven't played much ladder for June because I've been playing Casual trying to rack up some gold and (finally) completed all rares and commons. I'm probably going back to ladder this July since I have more options now when it comes to card choice.
On a side note, would you guys recommend that I DE'd two Shadowforms to get to 3,200 dust sooner or should I be patient and just wait? Thanks!
save the dust for until after naxx. could be possible that good counters to leeroy come with naxx and that one or some of those legendaries one can obtain from the adventure make rag as a finisher obsolete. yisera i wouldnt get right now as others already mentioned the card isn't suited for the current meta.

Brawl wrecks me 100% of the time.

Absolutley DE those Shadowforms and any gold Epics you have that you won't be using (400 dust a piece).

I would say leeroy would be the best one since it fits in a lot of decks. Rag is more for control, but leeroy can fit in both agro and control.
I would make ragnaros. Ysera cards usually don't do much for you because of it being a 9 drop.
