Overall, should I craft neutral neutral legendaries to improve all my decks overall, or should I focus on a specific deck and craft class specific cards?
Since it's a solid amount of dust make a decision: will you spend it toward a specific deck/strategy/direction or getting all around cards and a bit of everything. In case of the first just pick whatever is suitable for that strategy. In case of the second , though, I'd recommend Cairne Bloodhoof for general usefulness , Leeroy Jenkins for aggressive decks , Bloodmage Thalnos for utility decks that also have spells and The Black Knight if struggling with handlock/ramp druid kind of stuff. It's your opinion and your choice though
As the title says, I got 3600 dust on my hands and I'm not certain on what card to craft.
At the moment I casually play a mid-rangy hunter deck at rank 12, but I usually play most classes somewhat evenly.
As for legendaries, so far I have Bloodmage Thalnos, Lorewalker Cho, Leeroy Jenkins, Tirion Fordring and Ysera.
I wonder what legendaries should I craft with that dust, I was thinking maybe the The Black Knight, Cairne Bloodhoof or Sylvanas Windrunner. I don't think Ragnaros the Firelord for now would be that good as I already have Ysera as a high cost neutral legendary. Ever Since I found Tirion Fordring I was thinking on building a solid paladin deck, but I lack Avenging Wrath and Lay on Hands, so perhaps I should craft these epics for now.
But then I found Leeroy Jenkins, and then Bloodmage Thalnos, so I started thinking about building a miracle rogue. Problem is I don't have any Preparation's nor do I have Edwin VanCleef, so I'm not sure about that either.

Carine fits in almost any control decks.
Black Knight is pretty good at the moment too.

Not devoted enough to spend money/lots of time , but still like being somewhat competitive
Peaked at rank 3 couple seasons ago, usually around ranks 10-5 at the end of seasons (unless it's been a busy month irl)
