When I tried a similar deck Snowflipper penguins were pretty good in it. It's your only way to get a 1-drop, and it synergizes with some t2 plays like hyena, crackling or dire wolf. Have you tried them?
I would coin out finley, either on t1 or on t3 in your game. On t1 it makes so you get a better t2 against doomsayer than armor up, and on t3 frothing coin finley into ping answers both twilight drake and mountain giant while I wouldn't mind the berserker getting shadow bolted on t4, it's a pretty suboptimal turn for him too. The coin's maximum value comes in the early turns, the later you play it the worse it is (in a tempo deck like this) and azure is not really a card you play for tempo, it's better later where you are running out of cards. Kind of had to skip through the vid because I was in a hurry but it also seems he had great draws too, so don't worry too much for a single game. Other than that I didn't see any mistakes so keep it up.
Well, two things: First, if your meta is aggro based and games dont get to that point, cut him for something cheaper, Second, you want to know how they can remove him and wait it out before playing him, unless you are so behind you just need to risk it. For example, against renolock I usually wait until at least 3 of Siphon Soul, Blastcrystal,Twisting Nether and Sylvanas have been played. Something like Brawl would be a dead card more often than not (while not being a dragon activator) because you are not a control deck, you want to be the one the plays the threats and if you are out of the board you have probably lost anyway.
General guidelines are the same with Renolock, keep your minions at 2-3 (most of the time at least) to not get AOE'd, pressure their health, They don't run heals other than reno usually, so play the tempo+face game and not the value one. Also if you are running deathwing they can only deal with him through polymorph or"out of deck cards" from babbling book, kazakus etc. Good luck on your next try!
I wouldn't sub a monkey to help with aggro, monkeys are in this deck because they are great against aggro, especially pirate warrior that lacks any way to remove taunts except direct damage. You could cut Deathwing who is probably too slow in a fast meta, or maybe a mid-game card like korkron or 2nd frothing.
If you have the must have legendaries then sure, go for it. He is definitely subbable though, and he shines against slow decks while being bad against fast ones, so it depends on your meta too.

I assume you hero power then bounce the horseman in your hand, do so 3 times and then play the 3 horsemen from hand plus heropower for win.

I think for those it's Ysera>Onyxia>Nefarian>Chillmaw for this deck but you can try them yourself and see what suits you.

I wouldn't want to cut a dragon but against a fast meta I can see ghoul being great. Glad you enjoyed the deck too!
