Sure, at the very start of the expansion, everyone and their mother were playing quest spell mage. But why are people still complaining about it? Many other decks perform far better than it such as elemental shaman, face hunter, and handbuff pally but everywhere I go people are always complaining about mage. Not once have I seen threads of people complaining that there's still people playing ele shaman or that everyone now plays handbuff paladin. While I do not see a problem with any deck right now, I do wonder why people are still crying about mage.
This expansion really isn't as ridiculous as most people are making it out to be.
Found the mage players! The fact of the matter is that winning with mage basically comes down to "did i draw Inc Flow" if yes, win. I understand that not having to care about board or what the opponent is doing makes you feel powerful, especially when all you have to do is finish quest and throw ignites at face, but it's still fuking solitaire at the end of the day and it's a terrible way to win and lose to. It's the same problem quest warlock. Insane mana cheat and crazy cheap draw. And no, mOar AgGrO isnt the solution.
Yes, I am a mage player, and of the many times I have played quest mage so far, its definitely not "did i draw Inc flow" to win, I have won plenty of games without drawing it. I have also won many games as non-mage classes against quest mage. And complaining about it "not being interactive" or "not caring about board" is actually ridiculous. Its a NON-MINION DECK, what the fuck are you expecting? There are plenty more annoying decks and win conditions, and just because you're too simple-minded to run tech cards or counter decks (assuming you're mad that you lose to them), so what is this unnecessary hostile tone? Classes always have had annoying cards like 'ignite', such as librams for paladin, non-stop healing in control-lock, and hunter for face damage. THATS HEARTHSTONE. Just because mage has an equally 'annoying' gimmick doesn't mean it needs to be nerfed. Its fucking annoying, elemental shaman, quest shaman, face hunter, handbuff paladin, and quest druid ALL have better winrates than quest mage. Stop bitching please.
Because there are rare games that go past turn 7. Because there are 3 uninteractive decks in game. Because you cant experiment, you have to play agro or die. And you need to run cards like robes instead of cards you actually want to.
Again, winrate means nothing, it's irrelevant. It's the same as the leeroy problem. The quest just isn't interactive. And i'm not just talking about mage so stop being a baby.

Winrate is evidence. And at the start of your reply, "Found the mage players!", it literally indicates you are crying about mage. As someone who climbed to legend using a mix of ele shaman, quest mage, and quest rogue, quest mage literally isn't as prevalent nor overpowered as people are saying it is. And hearthstone has had many "un-interactive" decks throughout the years. It's part of the game. Quit crying and either quit or accept it.
Again, I'm not afraid of my deck getting nerfed because the devs aren't as stupid as most of you babies are. They look at the data, not just who says what. At the end of the day, even if it gets nerfed, I won't care. I'll still play the game and enjoy it as much as I did before. Players like you are what ruins it. This "solitare" meta is horse-shit and the expansion hasn't been out for a WEEK yet. Keep crying I guess.
I see only one person in this thread crying. They actually do look at player sentiment to decide on nerfs, so expect some change to the solitaire decks this week.
So tell me why shouldn't i complain about a deck that can ignore everything i do to counter it and win unless i play face hunter or shadow priest. Right now the meta is aggro and extreme aggro with quest mage being a burn deck in the aggro slot when your game has one play style and only 2 viable variations on that play style your game is broken
There is no viable control deck and there never will be until the quests rotate in 2023 the only balanced quests are priest because you can always counter it with mutunus or voljin, rogue and druid because they aren't game breaking
The reason winrate of quest mage isnt great is because people counter it with extreme agro or specific cards. Earlier you could choose to play control warrior or priest to destroy any kind of agro. Now you cant, cause you will loose to 100% of mages and 100% of warlocks and 100% of otk DH and 100% of miracle rogues. And the worst thing is that they all complete their goals by turn 6.
All this decks do not care about your game plan. They only have theirs. And then you have paladin with 2 card otk combo if you leave any 2 minions on board starting from turn 6. Sounds fun, yes?
Quests just have to go. They should admit they screwed up like they did with baku meta and rotate those early. And to fix paladin they need to make conviction give only 2 attack + make windfury minion 6 mana and fix weapon bug that gives +1/+1 even when you transform their minion

As someone that has played this game since The Grand Tournament, that's always been hearthstone. If you don't like it, just quit.
