Do u really need to figure it? You just tried others and doesn’t work, so keep playing control warrior. We cannot know how u play or which decks u play.
You are used to the playstyle of control warrior, you try to play tempo decks in a controlling way so you win much less with them, you could set 2 or even 3 turn lethal with the tempo decks but you are too busy "trump trading" cause you are used to the control warrior style of clearing every minion you see, if you want to win more with tempo decks you need to start balancing between clearing the opponent minions and going face to close up games.

Thank you for the answer, very interesting. In fact i've noticed that even with other decks i play with removing things and controlling the board.
It take times to totally master a deck, if you play like 5 games and be like "well, I better play warrior" you will not improve with different decks.
This as well. It takes time and practice to learn how to play different decks, because they have different playstyles/win conditions/strong and weak points and in order to reach Legend - you need to play really good, keeping the mistakes to a minimum.
Also, sometimes the meta is against the deck you are playing, so even if you are playing say your Murloc shaman really good, you can't climb just because you are facing so many control warriors for example. That's why I try to switch between decks and try to learn them all - picking the right deck at the right time can boost you up in the ranks in about 1-2 hours. Also, it makes the games easier for me when I face those decks on the ladder, since I know their strong and weak sides and how they can win, so I try to disrupt their plan while execute mine. It keeps the game fresh and interesting for me. Sticking with 1 deck, even if it's a tier 1 deck can become a really boring thing after a while.

Control warrior is overtuned and pretty easy to play. It's also really polarizing and a lot of the decks people climb to legend with are vulnerable to it despite it being so common because decks that counter warrior usually suck against everything else so it isn't always better to target warrior.
Just like with any deck you need to know what to play around, what to save cards for, etc. Hearthstone skill is universal and I feel like few decks really break the skill ceiling. That said, a deck like control warrior is easier because your gameplan is set in stone in almost every match. When you're playing an aggro deck, you have to say "Do I develop onto the board, do I trade, do I push damage now or do I win with value" etc. When you're playing warrior it's just like a flow cart puzzle thing. If they have minions, you remove them efficiently. If they don't have minions, hero power pass. You just win eventually, the gameplan is always the same. You don't lose a warrior game because you didn't go face when you should have or because you didn't go all in, you lose because you didn't have the answers or didn't use your answers efficiently. Control decks are generally reactive, and not very proactive. Some people are better at one than the other. I think that even though I prefer proactive decks I'm probably better at reactive ones.
I was bouncing around rank 2-4 with token druid, big shaman, and midrange hunter but never getting over the hump. I dropped down to rank 4 so i just crafted bomb warrior and went 18-3 to legend. I had never played a warrior once since I started hearthstone, and i jumped straight into ranked and just cruised to legend. I couldn't believe how easy it was.
Everytime i play my control warrior i reach legend.
When i try something else i get stuck between rank 4 and 1. I can't figure why, i've thought about those options.
1- Control warrior is too strong and other decks are inferior.
2- I am very good at playing control warrior but totally noob with other decks.

Lol, textbook humble brag right here.

Every season with Control Warrior? So twice?

I need to change this mindset

Bee, you wouldn't congratulate someone if they got a 50-0 winstreak from rank 10 to legend 1
Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
