I think Secret Pally, Pirate Rogue, Midrage Hunter, Rush Warrior and possibly Clone Priest will all still be at least Tier 2 / 3.
Rush Warrior. I'm currently running a Rush Warrior with 0 cards that are rotating. It's like a tier 3 deck right now, but its worst match-ups are all getting decimated.
Tess Rogue and ZooLock, but will change a lot
It was my first impression that Rogue got the best cards this expansion. Sadly I don't have Tess.

Even Rush Warrior will want to run the Bomb cards because they will help it crush the one type of deck that it naturally lost to. No matter the archetype, the meta decks will be very refreshingly new.
Zoo always finds a way to exist, not sure exactly what form it will take though. Hand mage might survive, I saw Kibler piloting a new version of the deck on the stream today. Shudderwock is still legal so maybe some kind of Shudder Shaman will rear its head? I don't think any previous version of Priest will survive (but maybe someone will prove me wrong).
