with early taunts and aoe removals (sleep with the fishes, primoridial drake) warrior quite easily beat hunter or pirate warrior or other deck that can get out of steam. midrange paladin, elemental shaman or jades are the decks warrior struggle with.
I'd also throw in Jade Elemental Shaman. I'm currently around 9-1 against taunt warrior with it. It's a pretty knife-edge matchup really, but if you play it right it's very winnable. If you draw the nuts they're dead even through their own nuts draw around turn 9 or 10, believe it or not, and otherwise you basically just have to play to Shaman's strengths by baiting board clears like Brawl and using the class' native ability to swiftly repopulate the board, by combining Jades, totems, and Elementals, all of which perform very well against the Rag hero power.
Taunt warrior is weak to zoo, quest mage, quest rogue who finishes quest on turn 4, hunter, Pirate warrior and tons of other decks but people still complain hilarious.
they complain, cuz its a retardet deck to play, like a questrogue. almost no skill required, just putting 1 taunt minion at a time and brawl 2 times till quest ist done, thats it. then its autowin. same as rogue, quest done by turn 4-5, its almost autowin as well.
Murlocs are money against taunt warrior. Throw a couple of oozes in there. I like to tech with poisonous minions. Adapt is good for this, if unreliable.

When I play with quest warrior, I usually lose to paladins or when I have a very bad card draw and they have a god-hand...
Quest rogue and midrabge hunter and pirate loses hard... gotta find counter
