Anyone else notice that we’re getting less that 60 seconds for the late game recruiting timer? For builds with elementals or pirates it’s not nearly enough time. Even when you’re not fighting broken builds, the fights generally take longer since there are more stats on the board. Blizzard should be taking that into account. It gets even worse if you’re playing on mobile.
And early game timer is absurdly long, Blizzard is wasting our time. Turn 3-4: 60 seconds, for what exactly?? You have 5 mana, you can buy max 2 minions out of 4.
I also recommend setting up the frame rate (there should be a guide somewhere here). The most shocking thing is that animations used to be even slower XD

Agreed. On a few occasions now the rope has started as soon as my match ended.
That's less the short timer, more the idiotic blizz design to have animations eat your turn.

Turns should start at the moment the last fight ends. That's the only way to work around it.
I have game configured to 300 fps and don't have turn timer issue, frogs zoop so fast I can barely see them.
Rather bad optimization on blizzards part when animations are frame bound.

Go to C:\Users\YOUR USER HERE\AppData\Local\Blizzard\Hearthstone
Open options.txt
Insert following:
targetframerate=x (can be 0 for unlimited)
vsync=0
Complete game changer. You will have 80+ seconds every turn, guaranteed. Not sure why this isn't the default.
