Sounds just about right. Such a shame Shaman decks need so many rare and epic cards to be truly functional. Comparably you can make a master league level Mage deck with common and standard cards only.
About the deck itself, I agree about the drake (one of the best 5 mana cards out there) and I would switch the axe with a pair of far sights to get more draw and to mitigate all the overloading. That is, if you have the cards.
I think your deck lacks some early game. If you dont manage to draw your feral spirits, any deck that draws a few 2-3 mana costs and pressures you will leave you very far behind. The concept of your deck is very nice, and I plan to one day make a similar one, but i would suggest adding a few 2 drops in your deck other than flametongue totem. knife juggler/faerie dragon/acidic ooze/other strong 2 drops might round out your mana curve and smooth out the deck. Simplest solution would be to take out frostwolf warlords i think.
Also id think removing ancient mage and adding another azure drake is a great idea.
Your removal is fine. If you want to remove any of them, i'd say probably one forked lightening. Stormforged axe is one of the best weapons in the game due to its 3 durability.
I think your main issue will be the fact that you have way too much overload, with mostly high cost cards. You might run into too many situations where you cant play your high cost minions due to being 1-2 mana short. This is where the lower cost minions i mentioned earlier would come in handy as well. Maybe try to trim down a bit on your overloads, and add in more beefy monsters without any negative effects. Best thing i can think of is chillwind yeti. Immune to silence, most removal other than starfire/starfall/lavaburst and instant kills will require more than one card to get rid of it, and combined with healing stream totem, it is one of the most frustrating things to deal with
The early game in this deck is kind of slow, but I have found I can control just about anything. Sometimes it can be scary, I have found myself at 5 health by turn 5, but I gain control and don't take any more damage. The few weaknesses I have found to this deck so far are Murloc Shock decks by other shamans and warlocks and spell heavy Mage Decks. Other than that the only games I lose are ones I make mistakes on.
As for adding 2 drops, those will be reserved for the totems. The mana curve may seem really uneven, but if you take into account the overloads the mana curve is a bit smoother.
I agree that taking out my Frostwolf Warlords would be much better idea, but I have them in there as placeholders for my playstyle for when I am eventually able to get my legendaries in the deck

Yea I really like my Stormforged Axe for the early game. Sometimes it saves me from having to use a Lightning Bolt on a 2 health minion, but I have thought about cutting it. Also I am on fence with Forked Lightning. Everyone seems to love it, but a lot of times it just sits in my hand the whole game never being used. I bet the second I took it out I would need it though.
If i was going to remove a card I'd get rid of unbound elemental, but without having my deck online, I don't know what I'd replace it. I dislike this card because your deck is already stacked with big minions (like mine) and this guy will require at least 2 turns to become "scary". (he does a good job at removal bait though. people hate leaving growing monsters on the field).
I removed my fork lightning and put in a faceless manipulator (not worth crafting, but great if you have it) and a storm wind champion. This really hurts me in the already weakest part of the deck, which is early game, and I've considered putting it back in.
Other people love azure drake, but I don't. I love playing protect the totems (the good, non hero powered ones) so I have a very taunt heavy deck. I replaced the azure drake with the sel'jin 3/5 shield masters.
Give me a few minutes and I'll see if I can recreate my deck from memory.
This might be what I use. Tracking stats gives me close to a 66% (again from memory). If I remember, when I get home I'll go over the deck and explain my choices. Maybe we can work out a perfect deck between us (since I'm sure there's better choices for some of these)

I won't put Unbound Elemental out unless I plan on buffing it same turn. The good thing about Azure Drake is it does two things at once, and if you are playing priests it is hard for them to remove it. As for protecting totems, I am 50/50 on. I like to use my Mana Tide Totems as bait and sometimes my Flametongue Totems as well if I have two in my hand. The reason I am 50/50 on it is because most time those totems are silenced not destroyed. I do enjoy this brainstorming tho. As for Faceless Manipulator, I really want to get this card in my deck, but as you said it's not worth crafting it.
I noticed you don't use ancestral spirit (might be a dust issue). This card wins me games ALL the time. If they don't have a polymorph ability, than it's going to be a much easier game. I'm a little biased though, because that non-required faceless manipulator will copy a card AND it's buffs. Favorite way to ensure a victory is to ancestral spirit the earth elemental and faceless manipulator him also. If I'm playing against an early game deck than I can use it on even a small crappy minion to help maintain board control or at least prevent them
The other reason I dislike the drake is because I rarely run into card problems. It's mana that's the issue and thats what generally forces me into holding cards. (it's a great choice though)

Did not get to play very much last night because it was a raid night on WoW, but I did not fair very well. Went 7-7 in which I lost to 3 mages, lost to another shaman, lost to warrior (should have won this one), lost to a hunter, and lost to a priest. Besides that I beat a paladin, a warrior, a druid, a hunter, a priest, and 2 rogues. 50%, even if I would have beat the warrior it would have been 57%, is not an acceptable number for a deck
Going to get good idea this weekend, play with some cards maybe
This deck is limited to the cards I own at the moment.
I would like to remove the Ancient Mage and add another Azure Drake
Also the perfect supplement to this deck would be a Ysera and Malygos in place of the two Frostwolf Warlord
If you have any questions or concerns post here or feel free to message me.

Just my 2 cents.

I would like to add that strategy into this deck.
Heres my official deck. Feel free to question any unclear things (probably becuase I did something silly)
