posted a message on We're going to be the Miracle Rogue...

Prep is the bread and butter of miracle rogue, no way you would want to cut it. it lets you draw with auctioneer, and play any other spell for pretty much free + get another draw in. The weapon is probably the smarter drop

posted a message on Ranking of 5-drops for "ramp or die" deck

Druid is the claw is definitely an auto-include for me. I have tested decks replacing him with belcher (lifecoach does this to this day i believe) and I just don't believe it is worth it.

The rest often come down to meta calls. I personally believe loatheb is too good to not run, but I switch out my last two 5 cost spots between azure drake, belcher and harrison based on what the meta of the day/week is.

posted a message on Sell me your class: trying to decide which next to work on

druid is an extremely fun class to play. Contrary to popular belief, its not as easy to play as most people seem to think it is. However, a large part of druid comes from knowing how to tweak your deck. Druid wins tournaments all the time, but if you take those tournament decks to ladder, you will get crushed over and over. The main strength of druid is being able to play around most of the things your opponents can do, as long as you predict it. I think the versatility of the class is what makes it fun, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Disregard the devyfer111, he's just salty.

what to craft depends on what kind of deck you are playing. I usually only run 1 FoN in my Druid decks, and no sky golems. you just have to have an idea of what you want your deck to have, and then craft. No one can help you on that decision =)

well if your plan is to let your opponent molest you until turn 6, this will get the job done :P

on a more serious note, this deck will just fall flat vs any deck that plays early minions, which nowadays is every deck in the game except priest. I would recommend switching out 1 nourish and the 2 ironbarks for some more early game, maybe zombie chows to help you survive until you get to late game. You have a ton of acceleration, but you gotta live to play them.

posted a message on Anybody else been screwing with Malygos and Thaurassin?

This deck is trying to do too many things at the same time. It lacks focus and often you will end up with different pieces of different combos in your hand that just can not be played together. It's usually better to just focus on one particular winning image for your deck, so in this case, either malygod + spells, or blingtron/savagery with claw and bite.

Other than that, i would suggest going with a 2nd ancient of lore no matter what you do, as that card is just too good to not play two of ^^

posted a message on New to Hearthstone and Druid is my favorite class. Need some advice!

Malorne is underrated. Is he viable in the current meta? Absolutely not. but that doesnt mean he's useless. I used Malorne the first ~two months of gvg. He doesn't do much immediatly vs most classes, but back then when super slow priest, fatigue Mage and heavy control war were played, Malorne single handedly won the matchups. By no means is he a bad card, but playing him in today's meta vs mech Mage and face hunter is just suicidal. One day he will see more use.

There are many different lists that work for druid, as long as you use the important core cards (lore, swipe, growth, etc.). However, a large part of winning as a druid is learning when to make what play. Many people would tell you druid is straightforward, just play whatever the biggest minion you draw, but that is extremely far from the truth. While improving your deck is very important, i would highly suggest watching streams and VODs of higher ranked players playing druid so you get a better understanding of how to properly play tempo as a druid.

Most importantly, never quit! keep trying, learn from your mistakes, and improve!

posted a message on Do you think Hearthstone will ever have Add-ons?

Addons already exist in a certain form. For example, hearthtracker is one that tracks cards left in deck, turn timer, cards played by your opponent, etc. Is this healthy for the game? probably not, but its not my place to judge.

As for cosmetics, that will not and probably should not exist in Hearthstone, as aesthetic "DLC" will probably make its debut in hearthstone sooner or later. For example, about a year ago, blizzard said one of the things they plan on doing is adding secondary hero portraits that could be used (they hinted at varian being an alternate warrior). As this adds no in-game advantage, it will probably be something you would buy with RL money only, and thus addons in the way you suggested would go against this monetization plan.

    just my 2 cents =)

Playing vs a face hunter as a CW, I played sneed when he had a near full field. His juggler ended up killing my sneeds, which gave me a gahzrilla. Double taskmaster helped me teach that hunter how to beast :D

Ragnaros is not actually attacking you. it has an ability which deals 8 damage to a random opponent regardless of ragnaros' attack. Even if you reduce his attack to 1, or if he buffs ragnaros' attack to 20, the ability will only deal 8 damage. If you wanted to cripple rag with humility/aldor peacekeeper, you would first need to silence him.

posted a message on Best Legendary for a Rogue Deck?

If you know your gonna stick to rogue and only rogue, go van cleef, as it is unique in what it does, and is an amazing rogue card. If you want something more general that can be used for other classes as well, go leeroy.

Rag is nice and all, but in the current meta, he's slowly dying off due to faceless/bgh
