Shadow Madness is a pretty bad card right now, because it's basically useless if you can't take something that can trade with something else your opponent has out. After Naxxramas though, it has the potential to be much better. Four of the new cards, Webspinner, Dark Cultist, Voidcaller, and Nerubian Egg, are weak enough to be targeted by Madness and have Deathrattles. So if you steal one of them and ram it into something, even if you don't kill the thing you're attacking, you still either get the Deathrattle or deny it from your opponent. The one issue I see with Madness is that it still won't be useful all the time, and it may still be outclassed by other thingsthat deal with Deathrattles. That will probably depend on what other cards are revealed, though.
I believe x2 Shadow Madnesswill be run in every Priest deck post Naxx. It would be foolish not to. My prediction is that Priest will be one of the strongest classes post Naxx. With cards like Cabal Shadow Priestto take away the new cards,Silenceto deactivate deathrattles on the cheap, and Shadow Madnessto steal the deathrattles of opponents' minions, it seems that Priest will be best equipped to handle the new breeds of Zoo to come this month. You'll probably see a lot of Priests running the x2 Ancient Watcher, x2Silencepackage on ladder. I know I will.
I think I will definitely run one, and maybe two. I'm looking forward to it - I have some hopes for Naxx for priest. I'm enjoying the deck as it is now, even if it's not optimal, so any improvements are good.
Already using it in my Shadow Priest deck and works fine as it is. I expect it to be even more powerful post Naxx so yeah. Basically, the most powerful targets for Shadow Madness are deathrattle minions. It will get a huge boost.
You guys are kind of forgetting the best post-naxx card that Priest has... Mass Dispel Its incredibly trash now, but once Naxx hits it will be at least playable, especially with all of the miracle rogues running around. Fun fact: Mass Dispel works on concealed targets and silences them like Gadgetzan Auctioneer and Edwin VanCleef

I'm not entirely sure... The 4 mana cost might still prove too steep. Even if you silence an entire board you won't have board presence and the enemy can still kill you with his silenced minions. Mass dispell can prove to be a great card if Priest can find ways to regain tempo. And in its current state, the Priest class is the worst at that.

Thoughts?
GLORIOUS PRIEST MASTER RACE
It wont see any increased play, based on the cards we have seen so far.
I think it's worth putting in a deck. I tried messing around with it, but there are just too many cards priests can use right now.

Here is a list I just threw together:
Ex Shaman Forum Mod and trumpet playing skeleton.
ShadowMadness on Nerubian Egg is useless since you can't attack with it :)

At the very least, you can take it and then kill it to get the effect for yourself. Not the best use of Madness, but could work.
GLORIOUS PRIEST MASTER RACE
Maybe one aggro priest with Shadow Madness? That would explain Abusive Sargents/Dire Wolfs on your deck.
You can also use Crazed Alchemist + Nerubian Egg.
Shadowmadness -> Smite -> 4/4.

i bet we are going to see a Miracle rogue flood.
