This combo reminds me of deathtouch on Magic: The Gathering, realistically though a 10 mana combo that leaves a 4/2 for 7 on the board is pretty bad as it will most likely be removed and then you just lose tempo.

I'm not a top rank player or anything, but in my observation: obviously like well, any card, it's better against some decks than others.
Anything with any sort of really aggressive aggro (facehunter, etc.) it's pretty much garbage against, the only upside being that the cards it combos well with (Pyromancer, Unleash the Hounds, Powershot, Dreadscale) are all good against aggro without it anyway. But otherwise, I've had a lot of success with it on it's own. Turn 10 combos (Powershot, Dreadscale, Unleash the Hounds) can be really effective, though obviously the counterplay after the fact isn't pretty. And even turn 8 combos with Arcane Shot to take out one big thing can work pretty well. And beyond that, there've been a couple of times where a turn 7 play let me completely swing the board to my advantage.
I've never found that I've drawn it when I didn't want to, and I can't say that drawing it has ever cost me a game. And there've even been occasions where I've wished I had a second one to play.
The thing is this guy is not a 7drop minion, think again guys, what is more powerfull in this game in turn 10 compare with the two new legend combo, clear the board, keep pressure opponent with a 4 2 and a 4 1 on board?
Twisting Nether is literally better. 2 mana less, 1 card less. Yeah you don't have a 4/1 + 4/1 left but...so what? That's an incredibly weak board. And Twisting Nether sucks. That's how bad this combo is.
Honestly, of the combos mentioned, Acidmaw and Dreadscale is probably the worst. They're good cards in the same deck, but actually using them together is kind of a pain.
Powershot and Unleash the Hounds let you keep whatever's on your field at least. And even if it is vulnerable because of Acidmaw on the following turn, they still need to waste resources destroying it.
I dont understand why this combo is worse than twisted nether, use a twidted nether just clean the board, nohing else, that mean next turn u still behind your oppnent, while these two make your opponent must spend resource to clear if they want to drop anything, that mean u left them behind and could make a real comback ( maybe drop the legend dinosaur or two head snake) and u have high chance to keep 1 of these twin alive ( 4dam more for free)
I just say that combo just in case u can keep two of them and survive until turn 10, maybe 8 if u have emperor ( could viable with tons of secret and weapon hunter have) , if u cannot deal with their agressive agrro, just drop the 3 mana earlier, because the other can combo with alot of card

I've play tested it in about 15-20 matches. It is really hard to get good use out of it. It usually sits in my hand as a dead card.
But on those rare occasions where you clear 3 beefy minions with it - it is fun.

Explosive Trap + Acidmaw ins't better?
acidmaw and dreadscale is also a 10 mana combo.
