Update: Wow thanks so much for all the positive/constructive feedback and helping this theorycraft deck appear on the front page! When the LoE cards that are used in this list are available I'll start experimenting to find the strongest/most consistent list that utilizes them!

Standard handlock adjusted to work well with the new LoE cards.
Brann Bronzebeard is the potential MVP in this deck as it works with....
Antique Healbot for 16 health.
Defender of Argus for +2/+2 and taunt to adjacent minions.
Loatheb your opponents spells cost (10) more next turn.
Twilight Drake can become a 4/19 because why not.
Refreshment Vendor Heals 8 to you and your opponent. Used as an anti-aggro tool and a solid 4 drop.
Earthen Ring Farseer Works with Bran while also smoothing out the curve. It's tough to choose between Refreshment Vendor and Earthen Ring Farseer.
Dr. Boom for two extra boom bots, but the chances that you didn't already combo Brann with something else are low.
Dark Peddler Overlooked this card initially but a suggestion to take out an Earthen Ring Farseer with this card actually makes sense. It has a decent stat line but in conjunction with Brann Bronzebeard allows you to pick two 1 drop cards out of 6 which I think is pretty good. Thanks for the suggestion Nihls !
Why no Mountain Giant?
The reason for me not running Mountain Giant has to do with my lack of cards to help my hand stay at a comfortable size (Mortal Coil) to allow for the cheap Mountain Giant. In the late game depending on the situation, Mountain Giant can become extremely clunky while Eerie Statue can be played as a 4 drop whenever. Which is important because you can play stuff pre-turn 4 and still be able to play Eerie Statue.
Why Eerie Statue?
Because this minion can be taunted up or silenced similar to Ancient Watcher but can act as a Big Game Hunter/hard removal bait so you can safely drop giants. I think this card will end up being pretty good in handlock. It's also a strong Shadowflame target for 7 damage removal. It's better than Ancient Watcher in the sense that it can still attack in certain situations without having to be silenced while also having stats similar to Mountain Giant.
Feedback is appreciated, I will take all criticism at face value and potentially make adjustments to the deck if necessary.

One thing i have noticed with the deck while playing it i find moltens not great in the deck you put yourself in stiuations were you are relying on a good draw or a mess up on your oppenets side but mountains are awesome i replaced the moltens with a Siphon soul and an extra shadow flame and it seem to work out better i found you can keep more control this way without putting yourself in danger of lethal
Replacement For sylvanas ? great deck man
I honestly think Sylvanas is not a necessity in handlock. Too slow vs aggro, and shadowflaming it doesn't usually happen and only gives a damaged minion (except if it's like tirion with divine shield). Still useful against control decks but not a necessity. I think one more mountain giant instead of sylvanas is a good replacement.
Handlock suffers from either getting swarmed (Paladins) or getting gunned down (Druids). Brann doesn't help in the handlock hard matchups but just let you win more against classes you already beat (Warriors, Priests).
I find it more useful to have double hellfire and a mind control tech since the problems isn't the heals but not getting swarmed.
Brann together with Reno however in Brann-Reno lock feels more useful. Have to test more though.
It's pretty hard keeping bran alive. He's just an instant kill, unless I get very lucky. Only way he works for me is to combo him out with a battlecry. 4/15 twilight drake with taunt :PP
Yeah starting to notice him being pretty meh in handlock, he'll probably fit better in more aggressive decks and mill decks.
So iv tryed this deck and i subbed the Eerie Statue with a Bomb Lobber O M G kills so much its way to fun to see this think god hey you have a giant he meet bomb lobber BAM!! dead so good clears really well against aggro and zoo works a treat but i tried with 2 of them yeah not great 1 is heaps better worth giving it ago

What should I sub in for the statue now that it's the only card in the deck not out yet?
You can try a 2nd Mountain Giant if you're against more control decks. Against aggro you could try something like Zombie Chow or another Dark Peddler or Earthen Ring Farseer.

Yup! Went ahead and tested out everything.
Brann Bronzebeard works with Discover(Dark Peddler)/Twilight Drake/Antique Healbot/Loatheb/Dr. Boom/Defender of Argus as I thought they would :D
But the people playing mill rogue at the moment will ruin your day, trust me.
What did you put in stead of Eerie Statue while is still unrealeased? I did include +1 Molten Giant.
