I don't know when you played Wild the last time, but Reno Priest doesn't counter Quest Mage, it's the exact opposite.
Quest Mage struggles quite a bit since the nerf in a meta that is fairly aggressive, while Reno Priest is arguably the best deck right now. And Quest Mage is one of very few decks that is actually favored against Reno Priest. Reno Priest only really loses to bad draw against aggressive decks, and combo decks (if Illucia can't disrupt the combo).
Raza itself would be fine if it was more like Combo Druid. Control decks being weak to combos is fine, when combos lose to aggressive strategies. But Reno Priest also happens to be one of the best control decks in the game, and beats just about everything with a decent draw. The high winrate of Reno Priest is not a direct result of Raza being unnerfed. But since Raza was unnerfed, Reno Priest has a win condition again, so people play it, and the high winrate it displays right now mainly stems from the circumstance that Reno Priest was always a deck that could crush any minion based strategy, whether it's Cubelock that loses horribly against Psychic Scream, Even Shaman that stands close to no chance against a board clear every other turn, Secret Mage that can only concede when most of the burst was undone by Reno etc. etc.
Raza is Priest's ultimate win condition. But a lot of games right now are decided before it even gets to that point. Nerfing the card again would probably not even hurt the winrate that much, only the playrate would go down significantly.

Just play wrenchcalibur or Bad Luck Albatross . It’s a beatable deck, especially with decks like Darkglare warlock and even shaman making massive boards on turns 3-4. Priest has plenty of weaknesses, and it’s possible to exploit them. Remember Grizzled Wizard +Sir Finley Mrrgglton ? Frankly, a change.org petition isn’t going to change anything, so you might as well wait and counter the meta until something happens: either a counter deck emerges, or the deck is nerfed.
Yeah, let's nerf deck with no good draw that kills you turn 10 when it gets really lucky with the draw while there are far more oppresive decks that can even kill you turn 3. Really great idea. KAPPA
And I pay wild exclusively, I think in the last month I've only encountered 2 Raza priest decks...
Is this deck really that problematic in ladder?
I mean according to HS replay it's just 1 of 17 tier 2 decks and is only considered better than GalaRog and Bombwar.
No offense but I’m guessing you don’t play at legend. Razakus is the deck I keep coming back to as it’s pretty much the only viable control deck (and I never play aggro/face), and I face a lot of them (with or without Dragons).
Aside from the somewhat snarky feel of your reply - that is actually why I ask. I don't have all the information so I toss the question out here rather than assuming and making myself look foolish.
I am not a Razapriest player, I only play an OTK Velen deck and I'm not that competitive so the highest rank I've made is platinum 5.
So this is informative to me - thank you.

No. Its one of the things that keeps quest mages in check. Yes it's abusive but quest mage is worse
Why? Sure so quest mage can go rampant. They already nerfed illucia
The meta is too aggressive for quest mage to be good.

So what do we do?
Hahaha you can't be serious
We do nothing.

Hatin raza priest in 2020
Darkglare Warlock is way more oppressive than Reno Priest. Nerf Loatheb first, than we can worry about Raza.
I feel like this is a necro thread...

Take a walk on the wild side...
What a waste of Internet space. Are you playing a Gibberling deck by any chance?
Take a walk on the wild side...
I'll sign it if it returns to standard.
Keymaster Alabaster come faster
*Sigh* we can only dream...
