I must have missed an announcement somewhere. I saved up 700 gold for the first wing but the only option I see is to buy the kit and caboodle for $19.99. What happened? Is this temporary?
I saw this footnote on the Blizzard page: "If you’ve already purchased wing(s), you’ll see a reduced price at checkout."

Not sure, but if you are trying to buy it from the Shop then yeah you can pay $19.99 in full, but maybe try going to the Solo Adventure page and see if you can unlock wing/s for in game gold there.
This was the case since Naxxramas: the wings for gold are never available over the shop, only if you open the individual adventure.
And yes, it would be better if we could buy the whole adventure in the shop for 2800 Gold at once.
