Gnomeferatu, a 1 star card?
Not anymore
Basically, you just gotta play out 10 gnomeferatus and you win the game because your opponent literally will not be able to discover any new cards. Combo with brann to kill them twice as quickly.
Patches is here simply to thin out your deck a bit, once he gets pulled out you have better odds of drawing the gnomes.
Discard mechanics are here because you can put down 2-3 imps and then drop a doomguard to get insane draw and kill them even faster
Also, if you don't have Brann, feel free to just replace him with any defensive tool that will give you more time to play gnomes. I don't have him myself and I was still able to win a couple of games regardless.
Here's a video made by KiwiiNbacon showcasing the deck!
EDIT:
-1 Bloodsail Corsair
+1 Youthful Brewmaster
PS:
I was unaware of and am not attempting to promote the glitch/exploit that makes it so your opponent cannot discover a new card when they are left with 3 cards remaining in deck. (Please don't ban my account blizzard)
If you'd like to check out my other decks, here's what I'm currently using to climb the Standard ladder. Give it an upvote if you'd like!

Great combo. I replaced some cards because i don't enjoy the discard synergy.
Malchezaar's Imp with Stubborn Gastropod
Soulfire with Defile
Patches the Pirate with Bloodmage Thalnos
Works pretty well! More defensive against aggro decks.
This deck has produced some hilarious matches. Kudos on making a deck that really messes with people. :D
Cracks me up when the opponent begins to panic. I just wrecked a dragonpriest - Lost to a mage with Elise Trailblazer and Prince Mal. I just couldnt burn through all the extra cards he got :(
reno does work.....
deathlord is a really obvious adition, also replacedpatches and bloodsail for draw
I definitely agree in replacing tar creeper with deathlord. The main reason to include patches is that once he gets pulled out it increases your odds of drawing the cards you need. Also draw is typically solved by combining a bunch of imps with a single doomguard. But extra card draw could definitely help. Let us know how it goes!
Switch your Tar Creeper with a Silverware Golem and you'll be able to deal a lot more face damage or beat down any enemy minions. They stack up fast with your soulfire/imp combo.
See, I thought about doing that, but this deck isn't about hitting them in the face. I actually don't go face at all; the real joy is to just get rid of their whole deck and then let them concede lmao. Like, it's a good idea but I just don't like winning by actually attacking with this deck.
This deck gets hard countered by Jade Druid though. 0% winrate against any competent deck running Jade Idol
Also, Deathlord is pretty funny in the mirror match. If you pull their Gnome it's game over.
Is Brann Bronzebeard replaceable?
Definitely, he makes the deck work better but I didn't actually have him for when I was playing with the deck. Just throw in a deathlord or any defensive tool
Super fun deck! Maybe the most fun in a brawl I've had in a while.
Gnomeferatu litterally breaks this brawl: https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/75smba/spellbook_duel_gnomeferatu_abuse_fix_pls/
It sure does hate this deck only because of this....
I think it's more effective than you give it credit for, deck builder. Only lost one so far against big priest, and that was only because I was careless. Pretty close too.
The main issue is that it almost always loses to the infinite priest unless you get a very lucky discard on the first gnomeferatu
You're welcome!
Cool idea, did you put Bloodsail Corsair in just for patches though? I think that patches himself is fine if so, because you will grab a copy to pull himself out. I was thinking Youthful Brewmaster would be nice instead.
Put it in for a bit of early game aggro but it genuinely might work just as well without the card, youthful brewmaster is a very viable replacement
