This deck's main goal is playing minions in a tempo to survive, shuffling cards while Nzoth is in hand, playing it twice to getting more value.
This deck is kinda hard to play and not effective at early ranks like 20-10 because it takes 15 minutes to play and win. This deck targets control decks to beat them hard by using Warrior's survivality cards. If you are looking for a deck that easy to play and quick, you are in the wrong place.
Intro
I am a Rank 3 Wild player that enjoys playing game and testing another decks at high ranks. You can believe me because I have enough experience at these ranks.
About this deck; This deck is basically a Control deck, but it referred as 'Fatigue Warrior' because this deck's main plan is survive until Fatigue damage and playing Brann Bronzebeard + Coldlight Oracle to mill or damage your opponent.
Before KFT, this deck was using cards that shuffles extra cards to your deck like Elise the Trailblazer and Direhorn Hatchling, but with the Dead Man's Hand, you don't need to play Elise or Brann because this deck can shuffle cards as many as player wants and you don't need to play Brann + CO in order to finish your enemy early because you have enough time to survive because of DMH.
So there is too much mechanic to play, here is the list;
- You can shuffle infinite cards to your deck if you play Dead Man's Hand while you have another copy of Dead Man's Hand in your hand. You will get another copy of DMH so you will create an infinite value. You can use this tactic when your hand is OK to deal with control decks.
- Before playing N'zoth the Corruptor, shuffle a copy of it into your deck so you can play it again with better value. This is why you play this archetype.
- Shuffle two copies of Brawl to your deck if you think the match will be too long. This will happen if you play against a Jade Druid or Big Priest.
Mistress of Mixtures helps you against Pirate Warriors and Egg Druids
Doomsayer does the same thing but better, you can protect it with Taunts
Sleep with the Fishes is amazing card for midrange-board cleaning. You can't replace this card with another card. Two copies are enough.
Deathlord is very good against ALL deck types; annoying against aggro and counters midrange and control deck's minion's battlecry effects. If you get an annoying minion from this (likeTirion Fordring) don't forget that you can destroy them with Shield Slam and Execute easily.
Sludge Belcher is another minion that gets revived from N'zoth, it is one of the best Taunt minions in game, use it.
Direhorn Hatchling is used for his 6/9 Taunt buddy, you can get value from this by DMH or Nzoth
Justicar Trueheart turns your hero power into Tank Up!, gains 4 armor for 2 mana each turn. This card is key card, you can't replace this too. This will help you at midgame and lategame.
Skulking Geist isn't for Jade Druids only, it also counters Ice Lance, Evolve, Secret Paladin's Secrets and your own Shield Slam (lol). Use this cards against these classes whenever you will be able to play. Use Shield Slams before playing this card and DON'T SHUFFLE THIS to your deck with DMH because Battlecry triggers once and it don't need to trigger once more. Otherwise it is a 4/6 body, not bad for minion trade.
The other cards are absolutely key cards, you can't swap them with another cards.
I will continue if this deck become interested by people
this deck is dead so dont replace something
I have been contemplating making a deck like this for awhile now, however I'm missing 4 epics so the 1.6k dust is putting me off. The deck does seem fun though. I see some elements on your deck that I like and I've seen some from RenoJacksons version that I like.
Starting off with
- Justicar Trueheart , 2 x Shield Slam , 1 x Shield Block, 1 x Mistress of Mixtures , 1 x Doomsayer
+ Scourgelord Garrosh , 2 x Bring It On! , 2 x Coldlight Oracle, Brann Bronzebeard
The removal of the doomsayer is mainly due to the reason I only have 1, The mistress was just because I needed 1 more slot. I think the +10 with bring it on late game wouldn't make much difference as at that point in the game I'm hoping to have some brawls and sleeping with the fishes ready for removal. I like the infinite whirlwind thanks to ScourgeLord. And the Coldlight + Brann combo is for milling/ card draw.
Thoughts ?
First of all, this deck isn't a survivor style deck. I mean, this isn't a playstyle that you draw cards, gain armor, draw cards and again, etc , the main reason you play this deck is using taunt minions from wild and shuffling them to beat control decks with a little help of Nzoth.
If you want replacements for cards that you changed;
Justicar -> Shieldmaiden
Shield Slam -> normal slam
1 doomsayer - unstable ghoul
2 Doomsayer helps you to mulligan easily.
i love the idea, ill try it
Brann + Oracle combo is used at some fatigue decks. (also sometimes they refers mill decks as "fatigue decks"). The "combo" is shuffling your Nzoth and other key cards to your deck. I mentioned them because old (and some new decks) still use that combo for milling or fatigue damaging your opponent and someone can ask me for this (why didnt you put oracles, without oracles this deck sucks.. vs vs)
Sometimes, you draw cards too fast and you will see that you can enter to the fatigue damage before the opponent (if you don't play DMH). Before KFT, you will take fatigue damage after your opponent because the cards were "too slow" so you can trade safely, thus Elise the Traiblazer and other direhorn animal helps you to prevent fatigue damage. And some versions doesn't use Nzoth (in standart, nobody uses it because you cannot get value from him for fatigue warrior) so without nzoth, surviving at late game was hard so they was using Brann + Oracle combo to finish your opponent quickly.
By they way i mentioned that Brann and Elise are no longer available for this type of decks;
"Before KFT, this deck was using cards that shuffles extra cards to your deck like Elise the Trailblazer and Direhorn Hatchling, but with the Dead Man's Hand, you don't need to play Elise or Brann because this deck can shuffle cards as many as player wants and you don't need to play Brann + CO in order to finish your enemy early because you have enough time to survive because of DMH."
Look a deck what need a lot of thinking for sure,i like it ! :)
