This is the deck I used to beat 4 Horsemen/Baron Rivendare on Heroic Mode.
[Naxxramas Expansion]

He has no other minions than the horsemen at the start of the game.

General strategy:
- kill or silence the horsemen (to kill you can use shadow word pain or combo 'crazed alchemist + smite')
- stay alive
- copy his cards for good dmg spells/weapons
- as soon as you can hit him, buff your minions and hit the face
