Hello again,
List up for the most inzane fun and interactive deck in this tavern brawl. Mirror Matches are just ridiculous.
Odds of getting Astral Communion + Innervate in hand are pretty good. If not then discovering can complete the missing combo part.
Mulligan always for Innervate and Astral, leaving any other card in hand will decrease chances of getting one of those two pieces. Also very important! Try giving your opponent the less amount of information your deck has, its a small detail, but can determine your win or loses against some matchups and mirror. To do this, if you find yourself waiting for the combo but you dont get the cards, try picking cards you have in your hand already so your opponent doesnt see the rest of the deck.
EDIT ON CARDS:
Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound does indeed pull minions from your deck therefore decreasing the deck amount and card you just pulled so I took him out. Thanks to #Siafu4Life and #WhatAChamp for the discussion. Lets build the ultimate deck together.
I took out Runic Egg because most of the matches it provided insignificant value, I replaced it for the good Sneed's Old Shredder because of the Deathwing synergy and constant facing against removal.
Also took out Baron Geddon he was too much removal and Deathwing can take care of that. Replaced him with Loatheb that loves to wreck mages and rogues combos.
Also replaced Onyxia with Sylvanas Windrunner. Sylvanas Windrunner is the ultimate counter to Deathwing and also Onyxia was filling up the board sometimes against Frost Nova that had me in too much of a vulnerable spot.
Removed Raven Idol and replaced it with Nozdormu , This is absolutely a personal change, and I only recomend it if you have quick hands, mind and a good device. Noz completely destroys those long turns against mages and rogues, its basicaly another loatheb but you actually laugh more. Try it out and test it by yourself, this space of the deck is usually for your specific choice of tech card.
Finally I added N'Zoth, the Corruptor. Why would you ask? Basically because the priest matchup or reno matchups use hard spell removal such as Light Bomb, with N'zoth you literally cant lose because you will bring up Sneed's and Sylvanas to close the game.
So far so good, added rafam for some extra needed value. Instead of Soggoth cause I started seeing almost none agrro.
This deck has the following features:
- Does not care what your opponent is playing (in term of stats vanilla minions such as jade)
- Has infinite Reno Jackson Healing and no fatigue (due to the nature of the brawl) so dont panic if you are in 10 health before getting astral you can come back with Reno at any time after you have 10 mana.
- Has space for tech cards in case the mirror matchup shows more often (or a counter deck).
- Clears board pretty much whenever needed, (Deathwing).
Good luck and have fun!
Another nice couple cards for this deck is doomcaller/C'thun. Doomcaller is a strong card on its own, Also once C'thun dies and you play more Doomcallers, your chance to discover your now broken C'thun just goes up. In fact I think I may add the 6 mana 5/7 taunt while I'm at it.
My list has Doomcaller, C'thun, Reno, Deathwing, Innervate, Astral, Ragnaros and Raven Idol as its core, I've put Boom in to tech against ice block and Alex as back up heal and a powerful aggressive punch. Doing very well so far.
Didnt have all the cards in the deck, but had Reno, and Kelthuzad, that was enough.
Cut Sneeds (dont have him) for Kel Thuzad and -Idol + Deaathwing Dragonlord :D
Loatheb MVP vs Rogue
deathwing dragonlord and Ysera are both pretty neat in this. A 12-12 on turn 2 has carried me to many wins. Also, Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound has not caused me any trouble yet, but maybe if he draws a battlecry guy.
Raven Idol and Loatheb feel off for me. Not enough value.
Loatheb is insane against jade druid and rogue decks, they cant really play anything so you kinda insta win :P
I have gone 9-0 so far with my version. Loatheb has not been needed. Jade-druid is simply hammered down by fatties before they get going, and deathwing can clean up in an emergency. I have not seen any rogues yet.
Added Nozdormu, it's so fun if you can have a couple of them on the board
I just switched Raven Idol to Noz, he actually makes mages go crazy. Great adition
Kel'thusad is a must in this deck. Won on t3
I was missing a few of these legends in one region so I ended up going with Kel'Thuzad, Mekgineer Thermaplugg, Soggoth the Slitherer and Ysera for my top end.
It was very satisfying having an untargetable Taunt that would respawn upon death, and also create bonus gnomes during the enemy's attempts to ram minions into it.
great deck. don't have deathwing, but i subbed in a coldlight oracle for refilling hand, and it's working out great.
OP deck!I don;t know how to lose the game!
Brilliant deck! So, so fun.
2x Baron Geddon + hearo power just knocked off the 5 health my opponent had left. + it has done some awesome work on board clears. just sayin'
amazing deck , easy 5 wins.
but i never use reno, maybe there is another choice
True, most of the time you won't need it. But I just played against a paladin using Tirion Fordring and Wickerflame Burnbristle. Long match, and by the time I beat him, we were both down to five cards left. I would have lost without Reno
Bahahaha even when you don't get the combo instantly this is just so much fun to play :D Thanks!
Great video man! Im glad you had lots of fun :D
Do yourselves a favor and include Deathlord. Deathrattle pulls a minion from opponent's deck and reduces their deck count by 1. Steal the Reno and watch the desperate rush to draw cards to find one. I literally had a jade druid cycling cards with Auctioneer for all of their turn 8, 9, and 10. Funniest thing ever since it was so obvious opponent was desperately looking for Reno but he wasn't in the deck anymore.
Haha I can see that being very effective!
