Didn't really test this out, worked first time like a champ but I got Inner Fire in my opening hand so this went very smoothly. Beat her turn 5 with a Faceless Manipulator (left) of Dorothee.

The idea is to keep dropping minions on the right to taunt, keep Dorothee at high health and eventually buff her up then inner fire for big swings.

This may take a better draw than average, or possibly subbing in more draw to make it consistent. I used Northshire Cleric and Circle of Healing for a 4 card draw turn 4.
