The concept is to overwhelm the enemy with fat minions and control the board with taunts and AoE spells (like a handlock), to survive until turn-10, to summon Deathwing, whilst discarding Fist of Jaraxxus(es) duplicated by Chromaggus.

How it works:

Gadgetzan Jouster replaces Zombie Chow so you can scan each other's decks and win the joust (read below).

The Skeleton Knight will always be in hand, reducing Mountain Giant's cost. If it dies, it will most likely win the joust because of Molten GiantDeathwing, etc. It's also a good sacrificial lamb for Shadowflame. It also has a chance to "survive" deathwing's battlecry. He is basically a pest/threat that comes back again and again with his giant friends.

I know Fist of Jaraxxus is too expensive to play, so just keep it in your hand. It will make your Twilight Drakes fatter and Mountain Giants cheaper. Just don't mind it. Think of it as a ticking time bomb. Hard-cast only when you are 100% losing.

Fencing Coach automatically adds value to Warlocks that use Chromaggus because it enables it to be played on turn 8 along with free hero power. (even earlier with Emperor Thaurissan). Also works well with...

...Garrison Commander because Chromaggus and INFERNO!

And because it's a dragon deck, we survive early aggro thanks to Chillmaw and Twilight Guardian.
