Hey! I'm an old on and off hearthstone player that fell in love with Quest Priest. Castle Nathria has given Priest some awesome choices! Notably Cathedral Of Atonement, Sketchy Stranger, and Theotar. This deck had a 68% WR over 37 games at diamond 5-1.

This version of the deck aims to punish aggressive decks like Zoolock, which made up 35% of my games, whilst offering options against slower control and OTK decks.

Board clears can be removed for greedier cards like the Brann + Theotar combo if slower decks are giving you problems, or more discovery cards like an extra Deeprun Engineer or Call Of The Grave.
Hope you enjoy the deck as much as I do! Feel free to ask any questions or provide any suggestions!
Quest Priest is unplayable now, even on Bronze. Getting killed by anything.
I'm still getting very good results against everything except Ping Mage and Denathrius Druid, I'm running Brann with Theotar and Mutanus to try and snipe their win conditions, but you just auto lose if you don't find them or hit the right targets.
Couldn't agree more
Weird, I got to Platinum so far with this deck.
Also, Murloc Holmes is so good!!! I correctly guessed twice yesterday!! For 3 mana, and tons of upswing, its a great addition to Quest Priest imo.....and if you guess wrong about whats in their hand , you get information which helps as well!!
I'll give it a go!
Very similar to lists I make....I dont run 2 Lightbombs however.....I love Theotar, and the new Sketchy Stranger usually gives a 3 mana curve for the quest!! and is very flexible diff board states....the biggest issue I have found so far for Quest Priest, is Volatile mage, and Druid running the Sire Denathrius to deal 40 dmg from all the Drakes that died..
Yeah, if you don't find Mutanus or Theotar against those decks in time you just auto lose, I've added Brann to increase the odds they hit however.
i came back from 1 year break and this is my first deck i craft:P so far so good from bronze to silver 5;P pretty much lost 3 or 4 games only cause i didint know what other decks do (win cons) But i used to be diamond every expansion so lets just say i have experiance? definitely its a fun deck... atleast i have fun when i destroy locks board every 2 turns :P pretty sure gold is minimum with this deck... but will see how far it will take me.
yeah... i hit gold 8 and i kinda struggle with this deck;p
Im still using this deck at legend rank, just alternate some of the tech cards depending on the frequency of the decks you face! There are probably easier decks to pilot, but you can climb to legend with this list for sure!
tested cathedral but found it useless most of the time, switched it id theft which is my new fave card
Strange enough I have the same experience. This deck has so much card draw/discovery already. Drawing 6 more cards is usually not that helpful.
I didn't expect that, as it is a very good value card. But I think more so for other deck types.
yea its great for naga priest or shadow aggro but in quest I find myself wishing I had anything else.
Understandable, personally I love the synergy you get with Shadow Word Ruin, Clean The Scene, Lightbomb, and Undying Disciple. You could try identity theft, but that just feels like a card draw with extra randomness, if you aren't finding any value with the Cathedrals, I reckon the best 3 drop alternative would 2x Entrapped Sorceress, or you maybe swap a copy for a greedy 3 drop like Brann.
.
Looks great !
But i think running Gift of Naaru 1 Time is enough.
Maybe 1 Call of The Grave in replacement
If the meta slows down I’d probably agree, but currently having that extra card to combo with Xyrella, and the cheap the heal + cycle, I think it gives more consistent value than Call Of The Grave.
