This is my budget Togwaggle list that I went 40-15 with.

You could make this more budget by taking out the Malfurion, but I really think that you won't perform well without him.

This deck is great against control decks, combo decks, and has decent cards for aggro even though it's our worst matchup. There are multiple win cons with this deck, for example: You can run aggro out of juice with spreading plague and swipe, you can mill the ransom from Togwaggle with naturalize, you can play oaken summons and hit imprisoned satyr to reduce either Togwaggle or Azalina in hand, you play against res priest? No you don't. Slap some Zul'drak Ritualists down and ruin they're rez pool, all while BM'ing and having the time of your life.

Honestly this deck is super fun especially when you play against other decks that are fun as well.

Mulligan Guide:

Druid: Swipe, Overgrowth, Ferocious Howl. If you go second, look for bio project. Druid is a matchup I rarely have and when I did go against druid, It was token which is why I suggest swipe.

Rogue: This is almost always Tesspionage I've noticed, and while it's a fun matchup, this is the worst possible matchup for us to have. When you swap decks, they get to play all your cards, which are from another class, and since druid has essentially infinite armor gain, this is really bad. Generally I would keep: Overgrowth, Ferocious Howl, Oaken Summons, and if second then bio project

Warrior: Absolute snooze-fest. These are going to be some of the longest and most boring games of all time. I had a game against warrior that went to the 27th turn because he was playing Dead Man's Hand. Generally you want: Overgrowth, Biology Project, Branching Paths, and potentially Swipe because there is the rare chance it's pirate warrior.

Warlock: Trying to remember what matchups I had. In one game, I milled mechathun and won, but all the other matches were anti combo. Yeah, not much you can do there. I would try to look for Juicy Psychmelon, Overgrowth, Malfurion, Bio project. You may wonder why malfurion, but against anti combo it's nearly impossible for you to get the tog off, so you want to try to win through Exhaustion of resource or SMOrc.

Demon Hunter: It's going to be token or odd. I would keep Spreading Plague, Ferocious Howl, Biology Project, Swipe. Super easy matchup as long as you get just one board clear. one spreading plague normally makes them concede.

Hunter: The ultimate SMOrc men. Just gain a lot of armor and taunts. Keep the exact same stuff for Hunter that you do Demon Hunter.

Priest: Zuldrak, that's all that must be said.

Paladin: Generally unfavored, because it's almost always odd paladin. Look for: Spreading Plague, Ferocious Howl, Oaken Summons, And poison seeds.

Mage: Probably secret or otk. Keep as much armor gain as possible. Ferocious Howl, Swipe, Bio Project, Spreading Plague.

Last and most definitely least, It's shaman. Too ez. Just need to swap before they complete their quest and get the inf shudderwock loatheb combo off. Overgrowth, bio project, Malfurion, Branching Paths.
