Hello folks,
It's the third season I hit legend with my Quest Mage, and eventually, I decided to share it with you. I will shortly explain how to play the deck in general, as well as mulligan and card choices.

Quest Mage plays around the card Time Warp, and it's potential to give you an additional turn to "wake" your giants up. However, there exist plenty more win conditions in the build than it seems at your first glance.

Win conditions:

  1. Giants + Time Warp

  2. FlamewakerSorcerer's Apprentice + many cheap spells (+ Time Warp)

  3. Chenvaala + Sorcerer's Apprentice

  4. Damage spells

Mulligan

This deck doesn't have fixed mulligan. It not only depends on the class that you are playing against but also on your current hand. I will write down some combinations that you want to keep on your hand:

Now some cards you generally want to keep on your hand when NOT playing against DH, Warrior or Warlock:
Evocation, Sorcerer's Apprentice, Questing Explorer, Licensed Adventurer, Starscryer, Magic Trick, Primordial Glyph, Stargazer Luna

 Warlock:

Against both, Cube and Mechathun, you want to finish the game asap. Search for Evocation, Mana Cyclone, Sorcerer's Apprentice, Questing Explorer and Licensed Adventurer
If you face a cube lock Polymorph and Polymorph: Boar are your best friends

Demonhunter and Warrior:

Here you want to look for the Freeze Spells (Ray of Frost) and for the Flamewaker. Be aware that Primordial Glyph or Magic Trick might also give you Freezing possibilities. Try to stall the game until you can put out your giants to regain board control. Here, however, it's important to also build pressure by yourself, so don't be afraid to play Stargazer Luna against an empty board in turn 3. Also Evocation might give you reasonable cards to control the game, like Ice Block, Flame Ward or Frost Nova

Card Choices

Elemental Evocation: Amazing combination with Mana Cyclone or Chenvaala. Against Aggro it can be used to get a Mana Giant in early game

Evocation: One of the key cards in this deck after the nerf, amazing synchronization with Sorcerer's Apprentice and possibly Mana Cyclone. "Possible Replacement": Cabalist's Tome

Ray of Frost: Very good to stall turns or to destroy cheap minions against DH. Can also be used with discovered Snap Freeze or Shatter

Book of Specters: There are 18 minions and 12 spells in this deck. When you draw a book of Specters that's again one spell less. Sometimes you will discard a spell, even then you still draw two cards for two mana. Don't use it when you rely on the Evocation to win the game andor you have only minions on your hand, but don't be afraid to use it either. When the quest is finished, use it to draw your giants. However, if you don't like it, it can be replaced with Research Project or Arcane Intellect (depends on meta)

Stargazer Luna: This is a very flexible card. After your quest is finished you can use it to cycle through your deck. You can also use it as card draw during the quest-phase. If you can drop Luna in the mirror matchup and your opponent can handle it (most can't), it can be a gamechanger. You shouldn't worry to put her on an empty board against DH or Warlock.

Flamewaker: This card can be used for board clear or for damage. Don't hesitate to drop it on an empty board

I will write more with some upvotes.

I just hit Top 30 with this deck:
