Ever since resurrect priest became popular in standard, I wanted to create a wild version using cards like Deathlord and Shadow Visions which help a lot against aggro. With this deck, you want to fatigue your opponent by killing him with corrupted bloods, which is made easier by Deathlord thinning out their deck. The more Deathlords you resurrect, the easier it is for them to draw the corrupted bloods. As such, Hakkar is your main win condition.

I will explain why some of the cards are included:

Awaken the Makers: Because you will also draw corrupted bloods, playing Amara at the right time will negate a lot of self-inflicted damage. Also great against aggro.

Shadow Visions: Very versatile, lets you look for the right card for any situation. Discovering an extra Cloning Gallery is fantastic!

Deathlord: Progresses the quest and stops aggro. Thins out opponent's, deck to make it easier for them to draw bloods.

Spiritsinger Umbra: Combing Umbra with Resurrect, Servitude, or Shadow Essence is great because it will almost always trigger Infiltrator, Deathlord, Obsidian Statue, and most importantly Hakkar! Also important to note, if Cloning Gallery summons Umbra, it will then trigger deathrattles for all other minions summoned!........Hakkar!

Coffin Crasher: In the event that Hakkar is already in your hand, Crasher lets you cheat Hakkar out so you don't have to spend a whole turn playing him.

Cloning Gallery: Almost always completes the quest and can have great interactions with Spiritsinger Umbra.

N'Zoth: Let's you flood the board if you are in desperate need to complete the quest. I would play N'Zoth only after Hakkar has died usually. Because N'Zoth can mess up your shadow essence and resurrects, it's possible that another coffin crasher can replace him.

Hakkar: Win condition. You want to cheat it out with, Coffin Crasher, Shadow Essence, or Cloning Gallery.

Mulligan against aggro: Quest (usually), Deathlord, Mass Hysteria, Pain, Visions.

Mulligan against control: Quest, Cloning Gallery, Deathlord, Vargoth, Shadow Essence.

The minions that you want to resurrect will be dependent on your matchup. If you face aggro, try to resurrect Deathlord and Infiltrator/Statue. If you face control, resurrect Deathlord, Catrina and Hakkar as much as possible.
